In the Primorsky Territory, a criminal case has been instituted against police and prosecutors, as well as a lawyer. Depending on the role, they are suspected of "receiving a bribe" and "mediation in bribery," the press service of the regional investigative committee said .

According to investigators, in June 2020, checking the message about the crime, the police seized documents and a computer from the head of the Micro -Zyamov company. This was learned by the prosecutor’s office and the lawyer. They suggested that a bribe of 600 thousand help return the seized. Of this money, intermediaries decided to leave 200 thousand rubles and divided each other.

On September 17, intermediaries received money and the next day transferred 400 thousand rubles to the police officer. After the transfer of money, three suspects were detained by the FSB officers.
