In Moscow, self -isolation was returned to the elderly, people with chronic diseases and pregnant women . From September 28, these people can leave the house only to work, to a store or pharmacy , as well as for walks - in a mask and gloves. Later, those who recommend self-isolation are added to the list of people with diseases of the immune, genitourinary, musculoskeletal and endocrine systems. The city hall expressed the hope that the matter would not reach hard restrictions, as in the spring. Sergei Sobyanin also called on employers to transfer employees to remote work.
