There was a mass failure in Telegram

A mass failure occurred in the Telegram messenger. This is evidenced by the data of the Downdetector service.

Messages about failure began to appear closer to 13:30. Most users complain that the application does not work at all, some cannot send messages.

From Downdetector data it follows that most complaints come from the European part of Russia, in particular from St. Petersburg and Moscow, as well as from Belarus, Ukraine, Germany and France.

According to the service, from September 15 this is the fifth large -scale failure in Telegram.

Update from 15:30. The work of the messenger is completely restored.
