Preface to the work of Dmitriev

The Supreme Court of Karelia canceled the sentence to the historian Yuri Dmitriev, who previously issued the City Court of Petrozavodsk: he was found guilty of committing violence over the minor and replaced the term from 3.5 years to 13 years in prison

Nobody (ever) will know the truth. This is the only iron law of Russian "justice". I learned this law a few years ago, when I analyzed some fake "pedophile" affairs with my dear friend - then a journalist, now - lawyer Maria Aismont for a long time. This iron law, not only because someone really wants to hide the truth, but also for many other reasons. For example, because everything that happens in the Russian system of relations of the state and society is a continuous simulacrum, as people of science, or just a fake, say. And very tragic. Both for representatives of society who are forced to live according to fake rules (well, or to blame), and for the state, which was so mired in the simulation of activities, which has long ceased to be a state - at least according to Hobbes, even according to Locke. Its individual “internal organs” are still, weakly connected with each other, they still continue to simulate the activity, but in fact, it is more like the convulsions by the snake-beathered by the shovel, or chicken, which continues to run around the courtyard, deprived of his head. The only difference is that no one cut off this head, she herself rotted from the inside.

So: we will not recognize the truth about the Dmitriev case during the life of this system. Because everyone who participated in this case from the "state" simply reproduced the fake system of justice. Investigators allegedly investigated, the judges allegedly judged, the State Military District allegedly informed, the lawyers allegedly defended. Some unknown internal organs allegedly gave them signals about which decisions should be made. We will not even find out which of them believed in what he did and who stupidly copied the signals. For example, Judge Nosov, who justified Dmitriev in 2018 and gave all his supporters and his own to several dozen days of the happiness of ordinary human communication and building plans for the future. Who will say that she simply “honestly judged”, and was not part of the “plan” born in someone's sore head? Or maybe she just honestly judged and did not know that this was part of the plan? And the judge Merkov? And the prosecutor of Petrozavodsk Askurov? And the judges of the Supreme Court of Karelia, who "launched" the case twice? No one except them knows what teams and where they received from. No one except them and those who gave these teams.

Today, my other dear friend, a professional historian, spoke out in the spirit that, they say, we will learn the whole truth when the archives open. I objected that Dmitriev’s business is unlikely to be said in the archives of the special services. Only those who distributed the teams and those who received them can tell about this. And if those who distributed are unlikely to want to tell about them even on the deathbed, then those who followed them may be able to leave a kind of will: "To open this envelope after my death and not to blame my children in my sins." I think that the judge of the Supreme Court of Karelia by the name of Rats will be what to tell the descendants about. Yes, and Merkov with a nasal too. And Verigin with Kilin (who does not know - google). And "journalists" of Russia-24, RENTS and other "replaced" drain information garbage.

Firstly, because he was very conjured (either with fright, or by stupidity, or because of his pitch fake), the Supreme Court of Karelia did everything so that the defense could defeat their fake decisions in cassation. So the denouement of the fake judicial "case of Dmitriev" is still ahead. Secondly, because in addition to the fake judicial "case of Dmitriev", there is still a present-historically significant and still not fully evaluated case by Dmitriev. All that Yuri Alekseevich Dmitriev did to understand the history of Russia was to preserve and restore historical memory and justice - both in relation to the peoples and (which is even more significant) in relation to specific people - this is his genuine heritage, which cannot be crossed out by any simulacu, no matter how the preachers of all fake. The study of this contribution and the role of Yuri Dmitriev in his "digging up" has already become the subject of social and scientific interest. And - one hundred percent - will stimulate the interest of more than one generation of researchers and many indifferent people in the study of great terror, Stalinist repression, dark spots of the history of the Russian state and the tragic pages of the history of their families.
