The Moscow City Court softened the measure of restraint for the activist of the "indefinite protest" Olga Misik, accused of vandalism in connection with the action at the Prosecutor General's Office. With regard to the other defendants, Ivan Vorobyevsky and Igor Basharimov, the decision to extend the preventive measure was upheld. This was reported by a lawyer from OVD-Info Sergey Telnov.
During the appeal against the measure of restraint, the defenders of the activists stated that the restrictions imposed by the court actually deprive them of the opportunity to study and work. The lawyers asked the Moscow City Court to replace the ban on certain actions with an undertaking not to leave or a personal guarantee.
The court increased the time in which Misik can be out of the house, namely from 6:00 to 22:00. The complaints of the defenders of the other activists of the “indefinite term” were left unsatisfied by the Moscow City Court.
