In Moscow, police detained eco-activist Konstantin Fokin during a protest against the development of a park on Ivan Franko Street in the Kuntsevo district. This was reported to OVD-Info by a local resident Nadezhda Chizhova.
What was the reason for the detention of Fokin is still unknown: it is not possible to contact the detainee. Fokin is being held in a paddy wagon, which, according to Chizhova, was cordoned off by police officers.
A local resident added that Fokin filmed what was happening at the protest site on camera.
12:20 At the site of protests against the development of the Landscape Park, two more were detained - Ivan Rozhkov and Ivan Shchekin, eyewitnesses reported. According to the police, Rozhkov wrote a statement about the damage to the vehicle. Eco-activist Konstantin Fokin specifies that provocateurs used pepper spray against Shchekin before his arrest.
All three detainees were taken by the police to the Kuntsevo police station.
12:33 Information has appeared about the fourth detainee - municipal deputy Vyacheslav Borodulin, writes about this. Sota.Vision
13:19 All four detainees are in the Kuntsevo police station. Eco-activist Fokin was placed in a cell by the police, after taking away his phone and other things. They plan to draw up a report on non-compliance with the requirements of the law enforcement officer (Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
Sergey Telnov, a lawyer from OVD-Info, left for the police department.
14:48 According to lawyer Telnov, only Ivan Rozhkov and Vyacheslav Borodulin are currently in the department.
15:05 We clarified the information, Ivan Shchekin was released from the department without a protocol. Fokin and Borodulin are still being held in the police department, Rozhkov does not get in touch. Presumably he's in the department too.
15:26 The police draw up a protocol against Fokin under the article on non-compliance with the requirements of the law enforcement officer (Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), against Rozhkov - under the article on petty hooliganism (part 1 of Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
17:39 Fokin and Rozhkov were left in the department for the night before the trial, the rest of the detainees were at large. This was reported by a lawyer from OVD-Info Sergey Telnov.
