In Tyumen, the court fined the volunteer of the headquarters of Navalny for a single picket

The Central District Court of Tyumen found the volunteer of the headquarters of Navalny Alexander Ruznyaev under the article on violation of the rules for participation in a public event (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) in connection with a single picket in support of Alexei Navalny. This was reported on Twitter of the headquarters.

Ruznyaev was assigned a fine of 15 thousand rubles. The judge in the decision referred to the fact of disagreement of the picket with the local authorities, although within the framework of the law the format of the action, which was carried out by the supporter of Navalny, does not imply coordinating.

On August 22, Ruznyaev went to a single picket in support of Navalny in connection with the poisoning of the politician. A participant in a single picket held in his hands a poster with the inscription "Putin is afraid of Navalny."

• On the morning of August 20, the plane in which Alexei Navalny was located urgently landed in Omsk. He was urgently hospitalized with signs of poisoning. By evening, Navalny’s condition was stabilized, but he was still in a coma. Doctors of the Omsk ambulance hospital No. 1 refused to let Navalny go abroad for treatment, but a day later it was possible to take it to Germany. He had already come into consciousness after a two -week coma.
