The Tver District Court of Moscow fined Oksana Klochkova for 15 thousand rubles, a participant in a series of single pickets in support of Alexei Navalny, who fell into whom after he became ill in a plane. In court, Klochkova was represented by a lawyer from the ATS-Info Ekaterina Selezneva.
Thus, the court found Klochkov guilty under an article on violation of the rules of participation in public events (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). As Selezneva said, the court rejected all the petitions that she filed, including viewing and introducing a video, indicating errors in the protocol.
“My client on a single picket held a poster with a different content in her hands than the police indicated. This is alas, unfortunately, not the first time. In addition to all other violations. Also, the court did not see the grounds for the interrogation of the defense witness, to which we provided the turnout. This practice is moving from business to business. Of course, we will appeal the decision, ”the lawyer said.
