The Kuntsevsky District Court of Moscow fined the defenders of the Landscape Park, Konstantin Fokin and Ivan Rozhkov. This was reported by a lawyer from OVD-Info Ekaterina Ryzhova, who defended Fokin.
Fokin was found guilty under the article on non-compliance with the demand of a policeman (Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) and a fine of 1,000 rubles was imposed. Rozhkov was found guilty under the article on petty hooliganism (part 1 of article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) and fined 500 rubles. He was defended by lawyer Violetta Volkova.
The activists and their defenders had to wait for the court decision for 7 hours: the detainees were taken from the police department to the court at about 15:00, and the last decision was made after 22:00.
