A protester from Kaliningrad claims that police posted her photo on porn sites

A resident of Kaliningrad, a participant in actions in support of the Khabarovsk Territory, Anna Shchegoleva, said that the police posted her photographs on porn sites. She herself told OVD-Info about this.

According to the protester, she has participated in weekly Saturday rallies in support of ex-governor of the Khabarovsk Territory Sergei Furgal since July. Because of the action on August 8, a protocol was drawn up against her under the article on violation of the rules of participation in a public event (Article 20.2 of the Administrative Code).

As Shchegoleva clarified, her friend from law enforcement agencies, when he learned that she was participating in protests, warned her about “possible dirty tricks” from the police. An acquaintance said that the police could do something with her social networks, as well as her debts.

In September, the protester learned that her photographs had been posted on porn sites. The pictures were taken from Shchegoleva’s social networks and, as she emphasized, the photographs themselves do not carry any overt subtext. The protester connects the incident with attempts by the police to put pressure on her to force her to stop participating in the protests.
