In Orel, they are going to file a report against an activist because of a video where police are called “fascists”

In Orel, activist Yevgeny Potapov was summoned to the prosecutor’s office to draw up a protocol under the article on “inciting hatred or enmity” (Article 20.3.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), presumably because of an Internet video where policemen are called “fascists.” This is reported by "7 × 7".

A policeman summoned Potapov to the prosecutor's office, sending him a notification of an administrative offense via WhatsApp. The employee said that they want to file a case against the activist because of his statements in a certain video.
