Three protesters in support of Furgal were detained in Khabarovsk

The arrest took place near work, before the start of the working day. The activist is taken to police department No. 5. The uninvited guest came twice and on his second visit he handed Luka a letter from the Khabarovsk Ministry of Internal Affairs about sending an invitation to the 5th police department to draw up a protocol under Article 20.2 of the Administrative Code.

05:10 Lawyer Andrei Bityutsky told OVD-Info that two protocols are being drawn up against Luka: about violation of the procedure for holding a rally by a participant (Part 5 of Article 20.2 of the Administrative Code) for the events of September 15 and about a similar violation that created interference with transport and infrastructure (Part. 6.1 Article 20.2 of the Administrative Code) for the events of August 19. Part 6.1 as a punishment involves not only a fine or community service, like Part 5, but also arrest for up to 15 days.

08:45 In Khabarovsk, two more participants in protests were detained - Nikita Karaev and Natalya Golobokova. The first one had already been taken to police department No. 4, he told OVD-Info that he was still sitting in the department, and they had not yet started drawing up a report on him.

Activatica correspondent Ekaterina Biyak told OVD-Info that Golobokova was detained right at work, and she was also being taken to the 4th police department. A few days ago she was detained , after which two protocols were drawn up under the article on participation in an uncoordinated action that resulted in interference with the movement of vehicles and pedestrians (Part 6.1 of Article 20.2 of the Administrative Code). The court awarded her 10 thousand rubles for each of the protocols, and the next day sentenced her to a day of arrest under the third protocol.

At the meeting on September 6, Demidov will also represent the interests of the activist.

In the Central District Court of Khabarovsk, Natalya Golobokova was awarded an administrative fine under the article on participation in an uncoordinated action that resulted in interference with the movement of vehicles and pedestrians (Part 6.1 of Article 20.2 of the Administrative Code). She was fined 15 thousand rubles in connection with a rally in support of the former governor of the Khabarovsk Territory Furgal on September 23.
