The head of the Krasnoyarsk “Young Guard” was fined after a bike ride for amendments to the Constitution

On September 29, the Central District Court of Krasnoyarsk fined the head of the local branch of the Young Guard, Denis Perik, 20,000 rubles for a bike ride in support of amendments to the Constitution. This is reported by MBKh Media with reference to civil activist Ivan Solovyov.

According to him, after unsuccessful attempts to coordinate actions in support of Khabarovsk residents and political prisoners, he himself filed a complaint against the Young Guard bike ride, which took place on July 4. Soon, Solovyov received a response from the Krasnoyarskoye Ministry of Internal Affairs, according to which an administrative protocol was drawn up against Perik on organizing an uncoordinated action (part 2 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).

“When justice has at least partially triumphed. Perik was prosecuted and fined for the first time with a minimum sanction of 20 thousand rubles, ”MBKh Media quoted Solovyov as saying.

• On March 11, the State Duma approved the draft law on amendments to the Constitution, initiated by Vladimir Putin. The amendments were approved at the all-Russian vote, the main stage of which took place on July 1, 2020. According to the CEC, almost 78% of Russians supported the amendments to the Constitution.
