Kamchatka disaster. What really happened? Who poisoned the Pacific Ocean?

In Russia, the second ecological disaster has already occurred in Russia. First - Norilsk, now - Kamchatka. The waters of the Pacific Ocean are poisoned by oil products and phenol. Tens of thousands of marine organisms were killed, and contact with water causes a person to burns, cough and temporary loss of vision.

Despite the obviously gigantic natural losses and serious environmental pollution, the authorities are in no hurry to call the incident disaster and say that environmental imbalance is in no way connected with industrial chemistry and oil products.

What really happened in Kamchatka? Oil leakage from a tanker, leaky barrels with chemical waste or seismic activity, and maybe a storm and micro -crossbars? Let's figure it out.
