In Nizhny Novgorod, a court fined a member of the Yabloko party for terrorism offenses

The Nizhny Novgorod Regional Court imposed a fine of 400,000 rubles on Mikhail Sharygin, a member of the Yabloko party. He was charged with an article on public calls to carry out terrorist acts and justify terrorism (Article 205.2 of the Criminal Code). It is reported by Volga. MBKh Media.

The reason for initiating a criminal case was the comment about the "explosion of the fence" under the news that the ambulance could not pass on call due to illegal construction.

Sharygin told the publication that in the case file, the FSB officers indicated that he "chronically suffers from criticism of the authorities and uses the Internet to conduct prohibited activities."
