
Novosibirsk police detained a young man who stated that he had a bomb in his pocket. He approached the car of the Guard Safety Agency on Ivachev Street in the Zheleznodorozhny district and reported an explosive device, the company’s press service said.

The Guard said that the man "spoke to a mixture of English, Spanish and Russian languages and was very excited." Employees of the agency "carried a foreigner away from the roadway of the street to the deserted side and in the future did not allow the citizens passing by the townspeople."
