"She was charged with stretching this banner and the protocol indicated that she unfolded the banner, despite the demands of the police not to do this. In fact, there were no police officers at all at all. We petitioned the police call to the court, but the judge did not wait for them and decided that there was no composition of the offense in her actions," Khairullin said.

According to him, this is the first acquittal of activists who go on Saturdays on the #feed pigeons.

Earlier, the same court fined a woman with a disabled woman for participation in a similar action on August 15. Galina Nekrasova was detained by the police after the end of the action. According to her, she received a turning point due to the actions of the police. Activists Evgenia Fedulova and Lidia Berezina received 20 hours of compulsory work for the action on August 15.

In the courts, about 20 protocols for participants in the subboty shares are preliminary. The police consider such public events unauthorized mass pickets. Participants receive protocols under part 5 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses - violation of the procedure for organizing or conducting a public action.
