In St. Petersburg, civil activist Valery Kashchuk was detained near Gostiny Dvor, who was holding a poster against Putin. He himself reported this to the OVD-Info hotline.

He is currently in a police car and has not yet been told where they are going to take him. He stood with a poster: “Putin is an old man, drink Novichok.”
