In Khabarovsk, the court fined a journalist who covered the protest rally
The Central District Court of Khabarovsk awarded a fine of 10 thousand rubles to the journalist of the Newsader portal Alexei Filimonov under the article on participation in an inconsistent campaign. This was reported by the publication "Activatics".
Filimonov was detained on October 10, during the acceleration of a peaceful gathering by OMON by the forces. However, then drew up a protocol under the article on participation in an inconsistent campaign in connection with a protest event on September 28. On that day, Filimonov was on the editorial assignment and covered a rally for Newsader.
The court did not listen to the arguments of the journalist and his defense. As evidence in the case file was a video from the Rusnyus YouTube channel, from which it is impossible to recognize on what day the events took place and who really was the person whom the security forces designated as Filimonov. The court drew attention as evidence of guilt that a press card was not visible on this person, despite the fact that the personnel, blurry and dark, showed him mainly from the back.
Filimonov, according to “activatics”, is the first journalist who illuminated the Khabarovsk protests, who was found guilty of an offense in connection with these rallies.
On November 8 , according to information , on the website of the Central District Court of Khabarovsk, a protocol was drawn up on a violation of the procedure for holding a public event that was interfering with infrastructure and transport (part 6.1 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). On October 30, the Khabarovsk Regional Court returned Filimonov’s complaint to the decision of the Central District Court, considering that Filimonov filed a complaint after the expiration of a ten -day period from the date of receipt of a copy of the court decision.
On October 12, the court arrested nine participants in the Saturday Promotion in support of the Furgal, which was dispersed by riot police, under the articles on participation in an inconsistent action, which was interfered with interference in the movement of transport and pedestrians (part 6.1 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) and under articles on a second violation of the rules in the action (part 8 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
In connection with the action on October 10, security officials opened several criminal cases. Against Alexander Prikhodko - under an article on repeated violation of the public event (Article 212.1 of the Criminal Code). Anastasia Subbotnikov and, probably, two more people are suspected of applying violence to law enforcement officials (Article 318 of the Criminal Code).
In the Khabarovsk Territory and other regions of the country, from July 11, shares are held in support of the arrested ex-governor Sergei Furgal. Around July 18, the police almost did not try to prevent the protesters, but later law enforcement officers began to detain the participants in the shares and initiate administrative affairs against them in Khabarovsk , Vladivostok , Komsomolsk-on-Amur , Yekaterinburg , Chelyabinsk , Voronezh , Sochi , Perm , Irkutsk , Novosibirsk and other cities.
On July 9, the Governor of the Khabarovsk Territory Sergei Furgal, the FSB officers on suspicion of involvement in a number of custom -made murders, operating at that time. He was taken to Moscow, where he was placed in custody. On July 20, President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on the resignation of a van from the governor’s post and appointed Mikhail Degtyarev to the temporarily acting LDPR by the Temporary Single Party of the LDPR. In early September, the arrest of the van was extended for three months, the meeting was held closed.
