The court in Vladivostok dismissed the administrative case of a participant in the solidarity rally with Khabarovsk

The judge of the Primorsky Regional Court Andrey Falenchi, on appeal, dismissed the case against Anatoly Chepikov, a participant in the action of solidarity with the inhabitants of the Khabarovsk Territory, under the article on violation of the rules for participation in the action (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). This was told by a lawyer from OVD-Info Dmitry Zubarev, who represented Chepikov in court.

Chepikov was charged with participation in an uncoordinated action that took place in Vladivostok on August 1. In the appeal, the court concluded that there was no corpus delicti in the actions of the protester.

The court granted the motion of the defense to summon the prosecutor to the court session to ensure the adversarial process. But the prosecutor did not appear at the court session, and the court did not recognize his participation as mandatory.
