In St. Petersburg, the court fined a musician who tried to give a concert near a shopping center

The Smolninsky District Court of St. Petersburg fined the musician Korney Tarasov, who arranged a concert with the presentation of a new song, finding him guilty under the article on organizing a mass simultaneous stay of citizens that caused a violation of public order. This was reported by the United Press Service of the Courts of St. Petersburg.

Tarasov was fined 10,000 rubles under Part 1 of Article 20.2.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses. According to law enforcement agencies, on July 12, the musician called on Instagram followers to attend his solo concert at the Gallery shopping mall: “Free for all his people. Come, we'll take a picture, whatever you want." The performance, using a minibus and a trailer, was devoted to the presentation of Tarasov's new song "Garbage".

According to the case file, within 11 minutes Tarasov "took part in the mass simultaneous presence of citizens, at least 150 people" on the roadway at the entrance to the Gallery shopping center. After the police officers remarked, Tarasov did not stop his concert with songs and rap.

The court found him guilty under the article on organizing a mass simultaneous stay of citizens in a public place, which caused a violation of public order, since the event was not agreed with the Committee for Culture of St. Petersburg, allegedly hindered traffic on the roadway and interfered with pedestrians.
