To this outstanding text, signed by Major of Justice L.V. Smirnova, we must give a few explanations.

They did the same in 2017. They again took the sperm of an unidentified face, again fertilized her egg, again presented to the registry office obviously false information that the parents of the two children were the vice speaker of the Philippine Parliament Fredenil Castro and his wife, and again sold children abroad to unidentified persons. After that, these children were part of the Fredenil Castro family.

They did the same on 03/09/2019 . They again took the sperm of an unidentified person, again fertilized her egg, again presented to the registry office obviously false information that the parents of the two children were the vice speaker of the Philippine Parliament Fredenil Castro and his wife, but this time they could not finish the crime on the circumstances “beyond their dependent circumstances”, which were concluded that the members of the organized crime group were that the members of the organ Arrested. For these six months, the investigation was to choose: to close the “case of reproductologists” for the lack of corpus delicti or to continue the heroic struggle to expose the gang of detectors, dividers and pedophiles, the existence of which in such colors was told on television and, probably, by the authorities.

On March 2, in Moscow, Rosuronsulting had two more twins, for this for the Australian couple. Their parents, Jason and Anastasia, flew for children on March 18. They flew 23 hours. The border guards did not let them into Russia (Covid has already begun) and sent back. Children with a decision of the investigation were recorded by children of a surrogate mother and sent to an orphanage.

In total, the investigators “covered” four “Chinese” gams in two apartments in March. One of them was Marina Vince. According to her lawyer Mikhail Smirnov, investigators intimidated the women in labor. They were told that their children would go to the organs and that they would not receive money. Ms. Vince would probably be more inclined to believe in this chilling information, if investigators had not seized many of her personal belongings a mobile phone with photographs of her three own children. Kidnapping of children at Svitnev

As the reader can easily notice, the plot of the decree signed by Major Smirnova was, to put it mildly, fantastic. However, as you know, even the most fantastic things can be proved if the accused admires themselves. And under some circumstances, people are ready to confess everything. The fact that they go in their hands, and that they go on their sides, and that they dissect for the ritual purposes of Christian babies.

On July 7, Major Smirnova signed a resolution, and on July 14, continuous arrests began. The investigation came home to Vladislav Melnikov, to his doctors and Konstantin Svitnev, who, in fact, came up with the legal algorithm for the adoption of the child with a single parent (this is quite simple through the court, and the Russian courts stamped such decisions by hundreds).

Svitnev at that moment was not in Russia: at the beginning of the epidemic, he flew abroad and was stuck there, but at home there were four four -year -old children. Yes, Svitnev himself took advantage of the services of his company, the embryo was divided, and he had as much as the quarter!

The children lived in the cottage, who shot Svitnev, with his relatives, nannies, a teacher who taught them Pushkin by heart, and quartz lamps for disinfection in the hallway.

Says Ekaterina Sotnikova, one of the nannies: “It was at 7 in the morning. There were three of us women in the house: I, the nanny and cousin of Constantine. We no longer slept. People with machine guns fly into the house, in masks. ”

Children slept on the second floor. Adults wanted to climb them, but the machine gunners blocked the path and stood in front of the doors of the children.

Через неделю одна из санитарок, снова сжалившись, шепнула, что детей переводят из больницы в Алтуфьевский интернат-распределитель.

В результате, когда в назначенный час детей вывели из больницы, их ждали родственники, няни и камера телеканала «Дождь».

При виде знакомых лиц четырехлетние узники бросились к родным и няням, громко плача. Тонтон-макуты растерялись.

«Дети были в жутком состоянии, — рассказывает Константин Свитнев, — одну девочку вырвало прямо у машины. Глаза у нее закатывались. Мы собирались ехать в безопасное место, но из-за состояния детей нам пришлось развернуться и ехать в EMС. Там детей положили под капельницы, и они лежали так двое суток. У них была сильнейшая интоксикация, следы уколов».

Дети Свитнева пережили сильнейший шок. Им опять понадобились памперсы. Они боялись спать в темноте, постоянно просыпались, плакали, звали отца, няню. «Если в доме сейчас стук или ветер, дети сразу дрожат: это что — дяди с автоматами?» — говорит Екатерина.

Дмитрий Прохоренко, управляющий домом, рассказал «Новой», что

оперативник, у которого он пытался добиться объяснений, сказал ему: «Вы что, не знаете, что Свитнев растит детей на органы?» То есть они, типа, спасали этих детей. Do you understand?

Ашитковы

Еще одна часть преступной банды, которую следствию удалось обезвредить и изолировать от общества в тот героический день 14 июля, были супруги Ашитковы. Эмбриолог Тарас Ашитков и его жена, репродуктолог Юлиана Иванова.

Преступников замели в тот момент, когда Ашитков выгуливал свою собаку: ключи у него забрали и зашли в квартиру, не выломав даже дверь.

По словам их сына, 22-летнего студента МФТИ и системного аналитика в IT-компании, первые следственные действия с его отцом состоялись в СИЗО в 20-х числах августа.

Сразу после того, как Ашитков отказался признать вину, сокамерницы поколотили его жену.

Они заявили, что видели передачи о том, как Иванова выращивала детей, чтобы топить их и продавать на органы. Иванова даже боялась, что у нее сломаны ребра, но ребра на рентгене оказались целы. Иванова вызвала опера, но опер сказал, что не может гарантировать безопасность. Иванова упала в обморок. Когда она вернулась в камеру, ее сумка и вещи были разорваны, очки пропали. С продажей детей на органы дело как-то дальше телевизора не продвинулось. Зато в запасе у следствия был еще один железный козырь — одинокие отцы.

Как знает каждый российский патриот, все одинокие отцы — геи, а все геи — педофилы и расчленители. Изобличить продажу детей этим страшным людям следствие, похоже, намеревалось с самого начала. Ашитков отвечал: «Насколько я помню, когда я встречался с Невадой в клинике, он был с женщиной, при этом он вел себя спокойно, был вежлив и опрятен. Никаких странностей в его поведении я не заметил. Признаков гомосексуальности у Невада я также не заметил». Аналогичный вопрос задавали жене Ашиткова.

Существование шайки иностранных геев-расчленителей так и осталось недоказанным, но не беда. В конце сентября источник, близкий к следствию, сообщил, что следствие планирует арестовывать одиноких отцов. Источник не пояснил, планирует ли СК арест некоторых поп-звезд, дети которых тоже родились от суррогатных матерей. Несколько одиноких отцов немедленно покинули с детьми пределы России.

Как мы уже сказали, юридическую конструкцию, по которой одинокие женщины и одинокие отцы могли получать родительские права, придумал в 2009-м Константин Свитнев. Она предполагала обращение в ЗАГС, отказ ЗАГСа, обжалование этого отказа в суде, и моментальное, почти автоматическое согласие суда.

«Сотни судов приняли сотни подобных решений, — говорит Ольга Зиновьева, адвокат РАРЧ, — они все принимались под копирку. Что же, следствие попытается доказать, что они все незаконные? В каком суде это устоит?»

В этом смысле угроза следствия скрепоносна, но маловыполнима. Зато она открывает захватывающие возможности.

Представляете, что отдаст бизнесмен или певец, на что пойдет, под чем подпишется, лишь бы его детей не изымали из особняка, где игрушки, учителя и няни, и не бросили, в целях защиты, в место, где происходит расчеловечивание детей?

Синдром фараона

Защита детей — это то, что зашито в человеке. Самые ужасные сцены истории связаны с истреблением детей: фараон, который приказывает бросать еврейских младенцев в реку, Ирод, который приказывает избить младенцев в Вифлееме, карфагеняне, которые приносили детей в жертву Молоху.

Как можно объяснить эту жестокость следствия именно по отношению к детям? Отказываться отдать детей биологическим родителям и отдать их специализированному Молоху, забирать рыдающих детей из дома, где целый сонм нянь и учителей учит их читать Пушкина, — это ведь чересчур.

Мне кажется, что тут совпали два фактора. Один — случайность. Умер мальчик, на квартиру пришли менты и, в стремлении отличиться, отчитались с три короба. О поимке торговцев детьми услышал Бастрыкин и распорядился всех закатать в асфальт. После этого никто не осмелился доложить Бастрыкину, что закатывать в асфальт некого, — и понеслось.

В июле этого года по доносу какого-то бдительного врача органы накрыли еще одну квартиру с пятерыми новорожденными китайскими детьми — на Аргуновской улице. Никакого отношения к Мельникову и Свитневу они не имели. Однако на этот раз следствие вели московские органы, а не СК, и никаких арестов не воспоследовало.

Еще более невероятная история случилась в Башкирии. Сурмама «австралийских» детей была родом из Уфы, куда она и уехала. Адвокат РАРЧ Ольга Зиновьева подала в суд в Уфе, и он без каких-либо заморочек признал рожденных жительницей Уфы близнецов детьми австралийской пары.

Завертевшись, машина, бросающая детей в пасть интернат-Молоху, не могла остановиться.

Она могла выбирать только более легкие цели: филиппинцев, а не австралийцев, семью несчастных Фреденилей, а не российских поп-звезд. Но сама эта избирательность только подчеркивала произвол: в чем, собственно, заключалось отличие между всеми этими случаями, кроме как различным статусом персон и стран?

Всем людям, которые делают что-то очень плохое, непременно хочется ощущать себя борцами против вселенского зла. Люди, отнимающие детей у родителей, не могут не понимать, что они ведут себя как Ирод и фараон. Защита от этого только одна — придумать самим себе, что они спасают детей, а что хуже интерната? А когда они выйдут из такого дома расчеловеченными, то всегда можно будет воскликнуть: вот видите, до чего эти няни довели детей! У них тяжелое расстройство привязанности! Наше святое государство их лечило-лечило, да не вылечило!

Все это наталкивалось на то несчастное обстоятельство, что филиппинцы зачем-то взяли адвокатом академика РАЕН Игоря Трунова. Они бы еще Эльмана Пашаева адвокатом взяли. The result is guaranteed.

Рождение суррогатных детей, да еще для иностранцев оказалось для российских государственников таким же потрясением, как для австралийских аборигенов — рождение близнецов. Посыпались предложения о том, что этот процесс должно регулировать государство (сами люди, конечно, не справятся). Депутат Яровая предложила запретить суррогатное материнство для иностранцев, а завкафедрой (!) биомедицинской этики в Пироговке Ирина Силуянова, которая давно порицает суррогатное материнство, используя в качестве доказательства св. Писание, сурово заклеймила его как биологическую проституцию.

Проблема следствия была в том, что это все — лирика. Даже если завтра в России примут драконовские законы, которые запрещают рожать суррогатных детей для иностранцев и геев, обратной силы эти законы не имеют.

Несомненно, люди со средневеково-государственным складом мышления испытывают страшное раздражение оттого, что у небогатой здоровой россиянки, обычно из провинции, появляется шанс заработать миллион рублей (плюс возмещение всех расходов и 30 тыс. содержания в месяц), вместо того чтобы работать проституткой, или быть битой мужем на кухне, или рожать бесплатно для государства.

Но это их личные проблемы.

Хочется того майору Смирновой или нет — количество сперматозоидов в мужской сперме падает, а репродуктивные паттерны человечества меняются.

Я не сомневаюсь, что суррогатное материнство в недалеком будущем станет распространенной профессией и что услугами сурмам будут пользоваться самые разные люди: и бесплодные семьи, и однополые семьи, и женщины, делавшие карьеру и за это время вышедшие из репродуктивного возраста, и т.д. etc.

Несомненно, кто-то из детей, появившихся на свет таким способом, попадет в дисфункциональную семью, но знаете, в чем проблема? Дети, когда рождаются естественным путем, тоже попадают в дисфункциональные семьи. Их насилуют отцы и отчимы, матери кладут их в коробки и выкидывают на помойки.

Я не знаю, какая судьба ждет каждого из суррогатных детей, потому что человек разнообразен, но я знаю, что у желанного суррогатного ребенка, за рождение которого родители заплатили несколько десятков тысяч долларов, шанс на хорошую жизнь, любящую семью и прекрасное образование гораздо выше, чем у «естественного» ребенка, зачатого пьяной матерью и отцом-алкоголиком в канаве.

И я знаю, что здесь не нужно никакого государственного регулирования, потому что лучшим инструментом регулирования в данном случае являются те деньги, которые родители — нередко вовсе небогатые люди — платят врачам, и те препятствия, которые они преодолевают.

Естественные дети бывают нежеланными. А вот нежеланных суррогатных детей не бывает. Естественных детей сдают в детдом. Суррогатных детей никто в детдом не сдает, кроме СК РФ.

И еще я знаю, что деньги, которые получают врачи, — это деньги не за торговлю детьми, а за оказание услуг. В противном случае торговлей детьми является любое ЭКО . Нельзя продать отцу его собственного ребенка. Можно только состряпать дело о том, что это ребенок «неустановленного лица». And therefore

фабула дела о «торговле детьми» не менее позорна, лжива и средневекова, чем фабула «дела Бейлиса».

• Дети филиппинцев должны быть немедленно освобождены из инкубатора и переданы родителям или тем, кого они назовут своими представителями.

• «Дело репродуктологов» должно быть немедленно прекращено, а все обвиняемые — выпущены из СИЗО.

• Все, кто фабриковал это дело, должны быть уволены из органов, и на них, включая майора Смирнову, должно быть заведено дело по ст. 299 о заведении заведомо неправосудного уголовного дела.

— Любовь Владимировна, следствие утверждает, что подследственные брали сперму у неустановленных лиц и продавали детей неустановленным лицам. При этом сперму забирали в высокопрофессиональных и недешевых клиниках: ЕМЦ и «Петровские ворота». В них есть все медицинские документы Фредениля, Потенсиано и Невады. Кроме того, следствие легко может сделать анализ ДНК детей и сравнить их с анализом ДНК вышеупомянутых лиц. Какие у вас основания подозревать, что Фредениль, Потенсиано и Невада не являются отцами изъятых следствием детей?

— Что вас убедит, что эти лица являются отцами этих детей? Какую экспертизу и какие анализы им надо предоставить?

— В марте следствие изъяло еще несколько детей: «австралийских» близнецов и четырех «китайских» детей. Почему эти эпизоды не были включены вами в постановление от 7 июля? Чем отличаются дела «австралийцев» и «китайцев» от дел «филиппинцев»?

— В СМИ было множество сообщений о том, что торговцы детьми убивают младенцев (с этого, в частности, начинается фильм РЕН-ТВ «Дети на продажу»), а представители правоохранительных органов много раз говорили, что детей рожают «на органы». Скажите, есть ли в уголовном деле эпизоды о выращивании детей в целях изъятия органов?

— Планирует ли следствие изымать суррогатных детей у российских публичных фигур. Если нет, то не могли бы вы пояснить, чем их случаи отличаются от случая семьи того же Фредениля, а случаи российских одиноких отцов из числа российских поп-звезд — от других?
