"Sergey Kiriyenko fell under European sanctions for Navalny’s poisoning. The Facebook people are indignant: to which, they say, the former liberal has reached. About the same FB-suffering caused the" moral fall "of the TV presenter Alexander Gordon, which was noted by the vile program on the same topic. And I did not see any" fall "or even evolution. They were always left. These are Nazi or Communist leaders and propagandists, and their modern Russian colleagues are just machine guns that suck out loot and power.
"In memory of these talkers in the 90s, a fairly primitive picture of the world was pumped. Their worldview was formed from two sources: a vulgar interpretation of market fundamentalism (the measure of all - money, all that is paid by the very fact of the demand for the service in the market and even if the loser (unclaimed) cries) and the equally primary understanding of the Nietzscheanism (Only we are successful, wealthy people deserve the respect of our rights and freedoms, the rest are losers, cattle, garbage;
Such a worldview allowed most of the Russian "elite" to smoothly bake from the Yeltsin system to Putinskaya without any ideological and personal problems. They simply continued to trade themselves in the market, changing ideological outfits. After all, the main thing for them is to remain in demand, that is, to be successfully sales.
The political choice of such people behind the lack of beliefs is dictated by all the same market considerations. I'll tell you one story. They lived in Nizhny Novgorod in the 90s two young careerists - Kiriyenko and Brerov. They were considered liberals and marketers. Both headed banks that have twisted public funds. Then Nemtsov took them with him to Moscow. There, the first career went uphill, but the second did not set. In general, one became a prominent official, and the other married a rich American favorably and left for the USA. The first is now a patriot, and the second is the “foreign agent”. Their career has developed differently, they could change places: Kiriyenko would become a respectable American citizen, and sanctions would be imposed against the Russian oligarch in the West.
The problem of Kiriyenko, Gordon, Solovyov, Kiselev and others is that when selling themselves to the Kremlin, they turned into international criminals. Sooner or later they will be presented to them at the expense. And then it will be pointless to babble: "How so, this is just a business, nothing personal, I just did my job." We'll have to answer for everything. "
