“Banksy’s next job could be repairing bicycles, he just doesn’t know about it yet,” the artist’s Instagram says.
The work appeared in Nottingham at the intersection of Rothesay Avenue and Ilkston Road. This happened on October 13, but there was no confirmation before that this was the work of Banksy.
