Kaliningrad: the lawsuit of the ex-head of Slavsk did not accept the governor

The Slavsky District Court returned the lawsuit to protect honor and dignity to the governor of the Kaliningrad region Anton Alikhanov from the former head of Slavsk Igor Rudenko. This is stated in the lawsuit card on the court website.

The card states that the case is not jurisprudent to this court. In the commentary to the New Kaliningrad, Rudenkov said that lawyers are preparing a new statement of claim, which will be sent to the district court in Kaliningrad - at the residence of the defendant.

The ex-head of Slavsk filed a lawsuit after Alikhanov, at a meeting in the government, stated that Rudenkov transferred the Dyunnaya company to the trust management, received income in “several tens of millions of rubles, 30 million”, but did not reflect them in the declaration. Rudenkov said that this information is not true. It requires Alikhanov to refute, apologies and compensation in 1 ruble.
