The Third Court of Appeal in Sochi dismissed an appeal against the arrest of journalist and Crimean Solidarity activist Remzi Bekirov, reports . the movement

Bekirov is one of the defendants in the second Simferopol case of Hizb ut-Tahrir. The court of first instance extended his arrest until December 15. The defense unsuccessfully appealed this decision.
