Rospotrebnadzor decided to suspend the work of the Moscow State Technical University (MSTU) named after Bauman. The reason was the increase in the incidence of COVID-19 among students. The university hopes to "understand" the situation and avoid closure.
Employees of Rospotrebnadzor, after receiving information about the increase in the incidence of coronavirus among students, conducted an inspection at the Bauman Moscow State Technical University. As a result, it was decided to suspend the work of the university for violating security measures, reports the Moscow agency , citing a source. The Moscow authorities did not officially confirm the information, but the capital’s headquarters for combating coronavirus shared the agency’s news on the Telegram channel.
The press service of the university confirmed that the university received a remark from Rospotrebnadzor. MSTU hopes to solve the problem and avoid closure. “We are sorting it out, the university is working today, we hope that we will figure it out and everything will be fine,” RIA Novosti quoted the press service as saying.
