The state returns forced psychiatry: Vissarion and its followers are sent to the Institute. Serbian

What the investigation was not arranged by the Novosibirsk psychiatrists and what it generally dedicated to the reason for turning to psychiatry, there is no explanation.

Now this is also a resource, another oil. Its processing serves the suppression of dissent, civic initiative and autonomy. And the whole story of the Vissarionists - about this, about the creation of a world of parallel, who escaped from us and not in need of us. No, we won’t let anyone go.

That’s why Russia turned out so large and long, so that there was where to escape and hide from it. But no, back to the stall - and this reflex protection is the more dumb and tougher, the more the escaped did, the more attractive their alternative.

And the Vissarionists have a lot (not all - utopias are not feasible). It is enough to see those KPI (key performance indicators) by which they evaluate, say, the success of governors: poverty, education, natural increase (birth rate), crime, development of the extra -budgetary sector, non -piercing, small business, individual employment, attracting investments, and environmental quality.

Yes, even the level of confidence in power - and here I am not about Vissarion, not about trust in him, but about power in the Russian Federation: the community gave very high indicators on all the votes and always called the existing regime the most human and humane in the entire last domestic history.

Here this was fully realized: you could be a member of the "EP", have a business and live in another Russia, otherwise arranged, clean, tidy, environmentally friendly. With girls in sundresses in the meadow, tower, goats, violins and ballet in the village.

Well, now, it means to the nail.

The Wissarion case is not so much about him as about the evolution of the new Russian statehood.

In the 90s, when the community, with its hard practitioners, maybe gave reasons for the intervention of the state in them, it observed. Checked, found nothing. In zero and further - observed with obvious sympathy. Everything began to change only since 2018. Obviously, these are not Vissariones, this state has finally changed sufficiently. Ceased to be "the most human."

It makes no sense to comment on the claims against Vissarion and the Vissarionians. With all the abundance of negativity to the “totalitarian sect”, officially registered by the state and more than a quarter of a century existing, the mountain gave birth to a mouse. “Using the external image of the“ Jesus of Christ ”as“ the Savior ”and“ the Son of God ”( the quotes of the investigation . - A. T. ), as well as the external similarity with Him [...] had a snowdrift of organized psychological violence (depreciation, control, gazlavling, ignorance, insulation, orphanage, orphanage, and isolation, and isolation. intimidation, psychological manipulation). "

And what religion does not affect the consciousness and psyche of people?

What Orthodox monastery cannot be said about exactly the same? What does not psychologically rape us in this world?

The real reasons for the special operation in the “City of the Sun” and the “New” were written in detail on the days when it took place - on September 22 and 23: the investigations are not needed here, everything is on the surface.

Now about something else, because - once again - the matter is obviously not in the Vissarionists, but in the state and in the changes that are happening in it. After on the eve of September 1, the FSB placed a dozen Krasnoyarsk schoolchildren in a “psychiatric hospital” (see “New” No. 93, 95) because of their interest in the non-appropriate, according to Chekists, themes (“Columbine”), the newspaper sent requests to the Ministry of Health and the Center named after Serbian.

In particular, we were interested in:

• Is a visit to any sites the basis for hospitalization and a sign of mental disorder? Can, in principle, at the age of 14, the subscription to any information already indicate mental dysfunction if all the other “indicators” of the teenager are “normal”?

• Why didn’t they conduct a psychiatric examination of the Krasnoyarsk teenagers on an outpatient basis, if there was a need for this?

• Can FSB officers, based on their non -medical reasons, determine the terms of patients in psychiatric institutions?

• Is there any reason to consider what is happening with a return to the methods of punitive psychiatry and, if not, what is the new practice of interaction with special services differs from the Soviet one?

Zurab Kekelidze (the Serbsky Center) on three pages answered in detail why the employees of the Center (as potential judicial experts in the case of Krasnoyarsk adolescents) are forced to abandon the answer to these questions: “Such answers can subsequently become an obstacle to the assignment of a forensic examination.”

At the same time, Kekelidze still answered one question, without tying him to specific circumstances. The newspaper asked: whether such a practice exists and what is due to it - to keep the patient in the hospital after the recall of voluntary consent in the absence of indications of direct danger (after three days of hospitalization, the mother of Alena Prokudina recalled)? And Kekelidze answered in the affirmative, citing a number of articles of a number of laws.

Prokudin - and her family was the only one dared to betray what was happening - they could indeed get into the "fool" for a long time, if not forever. No special obstacles, firm barriers to the return of some practices of punitive psychiatry in the last years, while the public discussed and condemned it, has not been created. As well as the return of the death penalty, mass political repression, the new version of the Gulag, etc.

At the trial, the representative of the PND stated that the girl should be left in him, since she "is prone to philosophical reasoning."

He showed some funny slurred photos with toy plastic machines. And all. An additional argument is an Alena support group, her friends who came under the walls of the hospital to support her at a visiting and closed court session - “The situation of a gang member”. And all - a premises for examination. Unlimited.

After two and a half weeks, Alena was still released. For all this time, from her words, there is no examination, no treatment. Only the psychologist once appeared - she asked to draw a picture of an animal that does not exist.

They again begin to attract psychiatry not only according to her profile - this cannot fail to see. Opposition politicians, leaders are increasingly being taken now not only to the department, but also to the "fool". And it cannot be said that psychiatrists demonstrate the exceptional fidelity of professional ethics, that they are whiter than snow in the Alps against the backdrop of the rest - snow in Krasnoyarsk/Kemerovo. They, too, are not able to restrain their social temperament - as a rule, in favor of the state, as the current regime understands it.

The last Russian tragedy - Irina Slavina - showed this clearly.

One of the leading psychiatrists in a private conversation was quite correctly noted: "The act of self -immolation by its nature is so extreme that it lies outside the discussion about health/ill health." Nevertheless, we heard a lot of amazing from professionals in this field.

For example, the expert opinion of the president of the All -Russian professional psychotherapeutic league Professor Makarov. It is a fan in the media. For example: “... this is a thoughtful suicide, which was an excessive reaction to the traumatic situation [...] to this method of suicide, only extremely convinced people are capable of-for example, the Old Believers did this.” Or: “The way she did this is mainly connected with sects. She was preparing, came to the Ministry of Internal Affairs. So most often people do with supervalued, dominant ideas, fanatically stubborn people. And if this is a fanatical faith, then we are already going out on the theme of the sect. ”

Such diagnostics caused some indignation, they intercede for the profession, but these voices sound, of course, much more foolish - not to hear.

A psychiatric examination is prescribed an investigation or court. Psychiatrists are not entitled to speak out in essence, as noted in a letter to the editor of Kekelidze. So it should be. But. Who then will respond to society, why are completely unexpected characters suddenly become objects of studying psychiatrists, and those who should study and dissect, avoid this attention?

Why in the PND they throw a shkolota, and not coming in the morning with the searches of the special services? Why in Serbian they are being taken from Siberia by some and are not taken by others?

For example. As soon as the last history of the Vissarionists and in almost the same places there is another drama that never get into the media. The teenager N., having survived the death of his mother, falls under custody. He is being made a diagnosis of “mental retardation (UO) of a mild degree with significant violations of behavior”. At the age of 14, he fights with a drunken adult neighbor, then helps him to go home, to wash.

A day later, the uncle dies. The lawyer is trying to prove that at the age of 14, N. clearly did not think for these 14 years, so he could not attract. However, local experts (psychologists and psychiatrists) understand everything about N. for 5 minutes of communication with him and reply that since there are no methods by which his psychological age could be calculated, even if there is a full accused.

And they cannot conduct an examination on affect, since the guy UO, and on such methods, are allegedly not used to detect affect.

And what is there to do? He is not taken to Serbian. Krasnoyarsk psychologist Nikolai Shcherbakov, traveling like an ambulance, rides to Minusinsk as an ambulance and looks at the boy: “Not an addict, not an alcoholic. Very tense, hyper -excitable, constantly conflicts and climbs into a fight when there is even the slightest aggression against him, including imaginary. The affect, it seems, was: when he recalls the events of that evening, vegetative reactions are noticeable: breathing, his face turns red; And he remembers fragments. " But for the court this is not an argument.

Or. The same time (last summer and autumn) and the same blessed places, where Torop, until he became Vissarion, worked as a traffic cop. The bodies report that they disclosed the murder of 2017 of the editor of the Minusinsk newspaper Tons-M D. Popkov. Great news - it would be if not the former teacher of the orphanage Ivan Fedorov, who told who was determined in the killers.

This is a sick orphan Vitya Shestakov, at the time of the murder he was 17 years old. Fedorov testifies that the guy has huge problems in development and physical coordination. He would not only not be able to put five bullets in Popkov aimed at Popkov, he could hardly press the trigger. At the age of 16, in the orphanage, Fedorov organized shooting and knows: he could not get from a pneumatic pistol from five meters to the target.

Formally released from the orphanage, Vitya immediately moved to an organized crime group, consisting mainly of the same graduates of the orphanages. This could not fail - he lived with them in an orphanage. (When Vitya grew up, graduates could remain in an orphanage up to 22 years old, if there was no housing, and they ruled it at night. With the new director, this ended.) And they robbed the same graduates - some have cash payments in excess of a million rubles in the accounts. And Vitya gave everything to them and became one of them, but, being a limp man, he took the lowest position in the group.

From the orphanage, six months before the murder, Vitya was taken by a local businessman, a boxing coach Goryunov (he was called the customer of the murder). Fedorov: “According to eyewitnesses, Vitya lived with Goryunov on a rug in the corridor, like a dog. This is not entrusted with murder. Yes, over time, a dangerous animal can be made from a person, but not for the short period of time that Victor spent by Goryunov. ”

Balabanov would have shot a movie.

Shcherbakov also remembers Vitya well - he talked with him from his 10 years to 14: “Then it was an immature child - physically, mentally, and personally, rather timid, with poor coordination. It is possible to suspect him at the 17th of the age of 17 of the committing a deliberate cold -blooded murder of a much more adult, who is also completely unambiguous, moreover, from firearms, it is possible only to have undeniable evidence. Even if he was forced to go to the murder, threatening, he could hardly be able to realize him so skillfully. ”

Popkov has been from the murder for three years, and - new, recently. It hit the video, such a weekly execution - as it turned out later, who had served and wanted a citizen’s compensation for this. Vitya after that and swept. And soon they reported on the disclosure of the most loud Minusinsky murder of recent years - journalist Popkov.

In the Minusinsk prison, in recent years, presumably, there has not been such a wonderful candidacy for hanging hanging.

Well, here. Vitya studied at the VIII type school, he has a UO. Vitya should certainly be in Serbian. But they are not taking him and not like him. Local experts are suitable for them. Moscow takes others. There is a choice, because we are all “unheated”. So psychiatry-regardless of the desire of a professional community-becomes something that Lysenko had in mind about genetics, calling it "a corrupt girl of imperialism."

Why? Perhaps because the priority is not to clarify the truth, but another. Stripping areas from dissenters, leveling, plugging, bringing to order. The preservation is not living humanity, but - dead stability. And the latest protection. So the chances in the cannibalic kingdom only have vegetables.

Already on October 26, that is, before the court was considering the charges against Vissarion and his comrades, another court was appointed - at the suit of the prosecutor's office to liquidate the Kuraginsky religious organization “Church of the Last Testament”. This claim is just based on everything that is still being investigated.

In connection with this indicative haste - just to quickly begin to break the fate of thousands of people who were equipped in the south of the Krasnoyarsk Territory - one cannot fail to note the prospects of the Russian state. It, pushed into the backyard of the world and is not interesting to anyone, undoubtedly still shines. Colonel of the Chistorine, heading the Fifth Investigative Department of the Main Investigative Directorate of the SK and signing the charge to Vissarion, will still be awarded the highest award of the grateful of the Fatherland.

After all, genuine greatness is achieved just like that - raids, cleansing, prisons and psychiatric hospitals. Only thanks to such methods, Russia still remains a global light in some respects.

In recent years, the Vissarion community has successfully appealed to eco -settlement with the original core of identity, with patriotic hippovism. The villages flourished. Human capital increased. The experiment was a success. And thanks to the special operation and persecution, you can now observe how the conflict will gain a religious dimension, how the Central Bank will go underground and immortalize and shine. Vissarion was given what he lacked.

So this is a big question who needs to undergo a psychiatric examination: Vissarion and his apostles or a person who gave an order for a special operation against them. I will not tell you about the need for an investigative experiment - because you can also crucify Vissarion. Well, so that everyone's eyes open.

And also about the person who gave the order. This, of course, is not a president, someone in power structures. But - one nuance. The defeat of the chain on the Yenisei and the sentence for them for long prison terms preceded the death of Stalin. Only it happened - like a repressive car, all these colonels and generals were blown away. And the chapel came out. And the monastery revived, the monasteries were rebuilt. And this place now attracts people from all over the planet.

I do not compare anyone with anyone, nor Vissarionists with a chapel, or even more Putin with Stalin, but the fact: there are not so many fans of animation, and the allies of the flayers are forced, and when the main leaves, life immediately takes its back.
