
The court of the Central District of Krasnoyarsk arrested for two months the former deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the region Anatoly Bykov, who was suspected of organizing the murder of the executive director of the Vostoxibstroy company Andrei Neolov. This was reported by TASS with reference to the lawyer Bykov Alexei Prokhorov.
“The trial ended. Anatoly Petrovich again chose a preventive measure in the form of detention for a period of two months, until December 21, ”Prokhorov said.
The day before, the court changed the measure of restraint by Bykov from detention for house arrest, after which he was again detained.
Bykov is charged with the organization of the murder of two people (paragraphs “Z”, “H” Article 102 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR). According to the investigation, Bykov, after a conflict with a member of his criminal group, Alexander Naumov, ordered to kill this man and his close friend Kirill Voitenko to his friend Vladimir Tatarenkov. In addition, two more criminal cases are investigated in relation to Bykov - on the leadership of the criminal community (part 1 of Article 210 of the Criminal Code) and the organization of the ordered murder (part 3 of Article 33, paragraph “Z” part 2 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code). According to investigators, Bykov from 1993 to 1995 in order to seize a leading position in the criminal environment of the region, as well as monitoring the activities of participants in criminal groups and extracting organized criminal groups around themselves from this material benefit.
During the criminal investigation into the criminal community, it turned out that in the summer of 2004, in the village of Successful Krasnoyarsk, Bykov instructed his acquaintance to kill a 42-year-old resident of the city, who was the founder of the company for the disposal of industrial waste, promising a compensation in the amount of 50 thousand dollars. Also, according to investigators, members of organized groups under the leadership of Bykov killed the criminal authorities of Anatoly Artyushkov in 1997, Vladimir Filippov in 1998 and Yuri Khonin in 1999.
Bykov was a deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Krasnoyarsk Territory from 1997 to 2016. In the 90s, he opened a business at the Krasnoyarsk aluminum factory (KrAZ). In 1992, he became the owner of a 10% of the plant, then increased a share to 28%. From 1998 to 2000, Bykov was the chairman of the board of directors of the plant.
