
Since September 1, more than 46 thousand Muscovites were brought to administrative responsibility due to the lack of masks and gloves in public places, TASS reports.
For the absence of a mask or gloves, a fine of up to five thousand rubles is provided. If none of the 46 thousand Muscovites will appeal the protocols, then the total amount of fines in 1.5 months will be 230 million rubles.
On October 15, Deptrans said they would no longer let passengers without a mask and gloves into the transport of passengers, even if they paid for the fare. On October 18, the Department of Transport of the Moscow City Hall announced that the next week, control over the passengers of masks and gloves will be enhanced next week.
