Pharmaceutical companies and pharmacies asked Mishustin to soften the requirements for marking drugs after problems with supplies

Nine associations of pharmaceutical companies, pharmacies and distributors of drugs asked the government in case of failures in the marking system to allow unhindered movement of drugs. A letter to Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin is published on the website of the Association of International Pharmaceutical Manufacturers.

The system includes errors that “do not allow products to continue driving”, delays with answers and reporting loading, the letter said. Due to the failures, the warehouses and quarantine zones of pharmacies were crowded, many manufacturers had to stop deliveries, and pharmacies cannot issue marked medicines to customers.

Pharmacists were proposed to avoid the “drug supply system collapse” to allow the supply of drugs without obstacles for the time of the pandemic in the case of failures, to allow the supply of non -marked drugs in the absence of an alternative among the marked, to introduce the moratorium on the fines and provide punishment for the operators of the system of labeling for failure.

Earlier it was reported that the Hideon Richter pharmaceutical corporation, due to technical failures, suspended the supply of drugs from the list of vital (ZhNLP) to Russia until the end of October.

The press service of the Center for Development of Prospective Technologies (Central Department Store) was informed by MBH Media that from the moment the operator entered into force the mandatory marking entered into force, 2431 declarations for goods were received and processed, according to which 138 various importers were imported into the Russian Federation.

“Including more than 40 declarations for Gideon Richter products were processed. At the same time, according to individual documents, the importers participants record appeals to the operator technical support service. At the moment, there are appeals from Gideon Richter, which are considered and will be resolved in the near future, ”said the representative of the center.
