They decided that they grabbed Rotovirus, without trying to call a doctor - the load on Omsk hospitals is so great. When it got worse, I tried to call a doctor from the city clinical hospital No. 1 for several days. After all, the Omstana Omsk Region for the Coronavirus, created by the government, writes: "When any symptoms of SARS appear, stay at home and call the doctor. Take care of yourself!"

Only on the hospital’s website there is not even a phone for calling. I used to be - I remember exactly. Now you call the registry, the robot replies: “Your turn is 63rd,” you hang an hour and a half on the phone-just to find out the number. And there is already the queue of the 110th, you dial-drops. In the end, the beeps disappeared in the clinical phone: he could not stand it. But the sister of Alexandra Samsonova called, deputy chairman of the Omsk Union of Journalists. It turned out that Sasha was earned for a long time, and now an ambulance urgently needed - she is choking. And the ambulance today in Omsk goes from five hours to three days ... It was possible to call it with the help of the rector of the Medical Academy, where Sasha was earned. They shot down the temperature and left: they need to be sent to MSCT lungs, but doctors, according to them, need the direction of the district therapist. When the second ambulance, caused by the same method, took Sasha with 80%-percent lung defeat, she did not live long.

Her sister “made” us a diagnosis - she herself is treated for the second month from covid pneumonia, he treats her mother, already buried her husband. We managed to get to the doctor on October 9. By that time, they handed over a smear from the larynx and made MSCT, having spent 5 hours in line in a paid clinic. At the same time, I had to lie that there are no symptoms of acute respiratory infections, because they are not taken with them. There are such, however, a full corridor. I found "matte glass" - the beginning of pneumonia. The daughter did not find out anything - perhaps just early made a CT. Diagnosis: "Suspicious case of a new coronavirus infection." Treatment: azithromycin and hydroxychloride, which is recognized around the world toxic and inactive. And at the same time, the district doctor cannot reach the patient for the first call for a week? Even according to official figures, in the Omsk region there are not enough 500 doctors. And this is taking into account the fact that the number of hospitals has sharply decreased over the past 20 years: optimization, budget savings ...

On October 17, she went to look for medicines again - her sister fell ill, in her village Tauride there is nothing more. 14 pharmacies passed - at first it went on the fact that the presence of drugs on the sites was indicated, then went into everything. Antibiotics, water and lidocaine for breeding injections, and saline ended. I already needed three, but found one and a half people. Pharmacists are tired of answering: "When will be, unknown, you can’t order." In the evening I wrote an open appeal to the government and the Ministry of Health of the Omsk Region in social networks, which was picked up by hundreds of residents of the region - it turned out that almost everyone had such a situation. On October 19, the Omsk government publicly promised that there would be a “next” supply of drugs. Urgently gathered a meeting with the Ministry of Health, Roszdravnadzor, and heads of pharmacy networks. “An agreement has been reached,” said the Governor of the Omsk Region Alexander Burkov on Instagram. In the evening of October 23, there are still no drugs in pharmacies. Surprisingly, if they appeared: from July 1, mandatory marking of drugs was introduced in the Russian Federation. At the height of Pandemia in the world, entrepreneurs must cross the birochka with a price, otherwise it is impossible to sell the goods. A long process for which you must first buy special computer, expensive programs, which, of course, will be included in the price of drugs. However, on the websites of the Omsk pharmacies, Koronavir appeared - the latest drug with unproven effectiveness worth from 6 to 13 thousand rubles. I think the authorities will report that there are drugs, but people, idiots, do not buy it. And nothing that the pension for the elderly is 8 thousand, and the average salary in the Omsk region is 15. Those who rules us do not understand in such trifles.

With a sore head, with shaking hands, the child’s stake, because weakness increases. And this is great that I put it, because you ever bit your lips over the bubble of useless powder in your hands, which has nothing to spread? And you do not know when there will be, and you do not know what will happen if you do not put an injection. And the ambulance - no, will not come. We pick up medicines ourselves, dosage - then the heart will come, then the ear will deaf. I rejoice at strange things: I made a "blood test" for myself, accidentally crushing the ampoule in my fingers. An hour was flowing - there will be no blood clot! The parameters of happiness have changed a lot. My daughter and I do not know what will happen next, and the doctor does not know, he simply advises to prick antibiotics until the next MSCT. But the daughter eats the second day, and does not tear her! Because we hired a nurse that had a Covid, who made two systems with the right medicine. She brought from the hospital where it ends, according to her, too. This is illegal. Is it legal to experiment on us? Do not self -medicate, tell us. And what to do?

Who will answer that people do not receive medicines? Even for their money, which are quickly ending? Who will be responsible for the health of those who interrupted the course, as I, for example, to have enough of all mine? Who will answer for the fact that we, sick, contagious - among you, are still healthy? We walk in crowds, look for medicine, and it is already unknown who is more dangerous to whom. What will we do next than to be treated?

On October 22, during a meeting of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region, only deputy Konstantin Tkachev decided to contact the Minister of Health:

- I would like to hear an opinion about the situation with a deficiency of antiviral drugs in pharmacies and an increasing problem with the testing of tests. In addition, regarding the functionality of the hospital of the Ministry of Defense: it works for whom it works, is there Omsk there? Is there every reason to believe that in the newly re -profiled medical facilities under patients with coronavirus there are enough places? And finally, tell me, why do not work workers No. 3 receive an additional payment for work in the “red zone” and complain to Putin?

That is, doctors will inform about the presence of drugs in pharmacies - those who are not enough. Those who come to the patient a week after calling in one mask: the protective equipment must be bought by yourself, but you will not attack the doctors salaries.

The number of hospitals and clinics as a result of a decade of optimization of medicine in Russia has been reduced by halves, which was publicly recognized by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Tatyana Golikova. And the Deputy Prime Minister Anton Siluanov even said aloud that the many clinics and district hospitals in Russia are "in a bad, if not terrible state." The regional government had six months to prepare for the second wave of Covid. It did nothing. But the governor of the Omsk region, Alexander Burkov, arranged in the summer during a short respite between the waves of the pandemic a public demonstration of his bike rod, and the Minister of Health - parachute jumps. They created the appearance of well -being. That is, they did the only thing they can do is imitated stability. It is unlikely that they did this for us - rather, for their most important boss.

And when the second wave began, the local government did not deploy free points for the testing of tests, did not send schools and universities to the distant, did not rebuild under the Covid hospitals, for example, shopping centers or their own useless building. It simply did nothing.

The authorities are not up to us. And we unite. We exchange information in social networks. We change medicines, give them to each other, buy what we can, for everyone. Yesterday I was brought to me by the "extra" medicine, a random person, whom we did not even have time to really meet some time ago, calling an ambulance to the passerby. Tomorrow I will carry her an antibiotic: her son fell ill. Her husband was officially diagnosed with Kovid two weeks ago, he is treated at home with a 50 percent lung defeat. She is "just" pneumonia. They were not written out by the order of Rospotrebnadzor, they are not asked to sit in self -isolation. 14 days have passed since the test, but there are still no results. She is supposed to visit the clinic, and her son - to go to school.

Friends and acquaintances get me medicines in Moscow, a friend sends money. I convey something most necessary for the following-the most needy. We hope mainly for ourselves and each other. And a little for doctors who do what they can in this situation. And we do not at all hope for the state, for the authorities. They are definitely not up to us. As, however, usually.
