The Ganksy bot draws graffiti in the style of Banksy. Well, it was apparently conceived-but in fact, something like shots from horror films is obtained

Developer Matt Round created the GANKSY bot based on Gan neural networks. For five days he studied at the “work of a certain artist” - despite the obvious reference to Banksy in the name, the round does not mention the artist’s name for legal reasons, notes The Art Newspaper.

The Ganksy work itself also shows whose style he is trying to imitate (or at least interpret). It seems to really try ... But in the end it turns out something more reminiscent of shots from horror films. The Round itself describes its development as "extravagant genius, whose works reflect our troubled times."

In total, Ganksy has already written 256 works. All of them were put up for sale. Initially, the price of any file was one pound, but with each work sold it increased by another pound. At the time of publication, one image can be bought for 69 pounds.

According to the developer himself, his project does not violate the copyright of Banksi. “I hope he will appreciate it as a cheerful, creative project,” says Round. And he emphasizes that Ganksy has his own style of work, which has nothing to do with Banksi.
