On October 23, the city authorities transferred one million rubles to parents of 30-year-old Maria Tyshko, nurses of the St. Petersburg hospital for wars veterans, shortly before the death of the Covid in the workplace and died. Now the family of the deceased has submitted documents to the Social Insurance Fund for the presidential payment - 2 million 752 thousand rubles, due to them in accordance with Decree No. 313. The commission admitted that Tyshko was infected with coronavirus "as a result of the performance of its labor (official) duties in providing assistance to patients who have Covid-19."

There is money, there is no life

- Six months passed as one day - the pain did not subside. I don't understand why I live. - The mother of the deceased nurse Margarita Tyshko always cries when he talks about her daughter. “I would give everything to be the one near whom you can take care of.”

“We immediately said that we want to achieve justice,” adds Maria’s father, Sergey, “so that Masha is recognized as a health worker, who she remained until her death, so that she was confirmed that she was infected with a“ crown ”at work. And we do not need these millions.

The couple decided both the governor and the presidential payment to put on the bank account until their life changes. Rather, when it starts again. The parents of the deceased daughter are now trying to adopt if they may not be allowed (because they may not allow them), then at least take a child from the orphanage under the care of the child.

Sergei and Margarita Tumpki Masha was the only child. The girl was born very weak, at 4 years old she was diagnosed with cerebral palsy in a mild form. As spouses recall, from that moment their whole life focused on Masha.

“We did not get out of hospitals and sanatoriums, but we left my daughter,” says Maria's mother. - She was no different from her peers, she studied with a success in a regular school and studied her disease with particular interest. After school, the daughter entered a medical school - immediately at the university did not dare, but dreamed of studying further and becoming a doctor.

Maria took place in the hospital for veterans of wars, and at the end of the medical school she got a job. For 8 years, she managed to work with a nurse in traumatology, then in neurology, and in February 2020, Mary was transferred to the registry.

“Then, in the hospital, for the sake of saving money, many were transferred: from nurses - to the nurse, from the nurses to the cleaning laders,” Margarita explains.

- Masha, as a registrar, began to pay 15 thousand rubles less, although her daughter did the same work: she accepted and arranged patients, measured the temperature and medical staff. She cried not because of money: she was worried that she was formally deprived of what she had been striving for all her life-a medical education. You can work as a registrar without it.

At the end of March, Maria infected Kovid. April 15 she was gone.

"Was a utility worker"

After the May holidays, Margarita Tyshko came to the hospital for machine documents and calculation.

- There they told me from the threshold: "No payments to Mary are supposed to, do not even ask for anything." They also added: "Your Masha could not get infected at work, she was generally a utility worker."

Until the beginning of September, the Tyshko couple could not get any documents from the hospital about the infection and death of their daughter. Parents assured that Maria was not a medical worker, which means that the act of recognition or non-recognition of her injured due to assistance to patients who fell ill with Covid-19 could not be. In the end, father and mother turned to the media and lawyers “Human Rights Cards” for help.

After the publication in Novye ( see No. 95 dated September 2, 2020 ), the prosecutor's office of the Nevsky district of St. Petersburg conducted an audit and issued a representation of the city administration.

But the document is dated May 7. If the commission to investigate the circumstances of the death of Maria Tyshko made conclusions six months ago, then why were the relatives (father and mother) were able to find out about this only now?

"New" also sent a request to the hospital for war veterans. The head of the medical institution Maxim Kabanov answered us that all the information regarding the deceased “draws up a medical secret”, the disclosure of which “does not allow the law - without the consent of a citizen or his legal representatives”. The legal representatives-Margarita and Sergey Tyshko-shared on October 23 with a “new” copy of the act, in which the hospital administration is directly recognized in its own unsuccessful trick with the deprivation of Mary’s status of the health worker: “M. Tleshko, the AKO registrar ( an outpatient consultant department. - Ed. ) With a medical education, carried out the thermometry at the entrance to the change. Thus, M.S. She had a long multiple contact with infected employees and actually performed the functions of a medical worker. ” The commission recognizes that Maria was infected with the coronavirus, which caused her death, from the hospital’s employees and as a result of the performance of her labor duties in assisting patients who have Covid-19. Under the act - signatures of 11 managers of the medical institution, including Kabanova.

Life is cheaper than death

Lawyers of the “Human Rights Cards” are convinced that the precedent of Tyshko should serve as the basis for a revision of the Decree of President No. 313 of May 6, 2020 and amending it.

- Compensation in case of illness or death as a result of infection with coronavirus should be paid not only to medical workers, but to all employees of medical institutions who in one way or another they came into contact with Covid: drivers, registrars, wardrobes, cleaners, elevators, janitors, ”insists Alexei Pryanishnikov. - A man, no matter what position he holds, is not of his own free will in the focus of infection, and does he suffer less than his colleague with a diploma?

The division of Covid's cases of hospital employees into health workers and not health workers is a sore issue from the beginning of the pandemic, which no one has tried to solve so far. Only the creators of the St. Petersburg “Memory Wall” by the Koronavirus, doctors destroyed this line after colleagues of the wardrobe of the Botkin Hospital Svetlana Svetlana Svetlana, the husband and son of the central ambulance station Antonina Antonova, the wife of the driver of the Pushkin ambulance Andrei Yeremeyev, and then many others began to bring photographs of their buried relatives to them.

“I communicate a lot with relatives, friends, colleagues of the victims of Covid and I am sure that among the dead there are many times more doctors than doctors,” says Irina Maslova, one of the creators of the St. Petersburg Memory Wall. - It is necessary to provide doctors with personal protective equipment, but all the rest - no. And the same ambulance brigades are idle for several hours when trying to put the patient to the hospital, and all this time the brigade is in the same car with the patient.
