The Kalininsky District Court of Cheboksary forbade tattoo artist Denis Nikolaev to come closer than 300 meters to Victory Park, where, according to investigators, he was frying sausages on the Eternal Flame. The Pro City publication was informed about this by the department of the Investigative Committee for Chuvashia.
The court ordered Nikolaev to ban certain actions as a preventive measure. In addition to restrictions on visiting the memorial, he was ordered to stay at home at night, not use the Internet or telephone, and not communicate with participants in the case, except for the lawyer and investigators.
Nikolaev was accused of vandalism (Part 2 of Article 214 of the Criminal Code) after he published a video on Instagram Stories on the evening of October 21 of how he and his friends were frying sausages on the Eternal Flame to Timati’s song “Havchik.” He was detained two days later.
