
The authorities of St. Petersburg do not intend to extend the holidays for schoolchildren for the second time and close kindergartens, despite the increase in the incidence of Covid-19 in the city. This was announced in an interview with Fontanka by the vice-governor Irina Potekhina.
According to Pothekhina, from the holidays, as planned, the children will come out on November 9. At the same time, Smolny is now preparing a combined form of training, in which parents can allow children to transfer children to family education for a certain period, for example, by a quarter.
In addition, the government develops a system of full-fledged online lessons for class parallels. What she will represent, the vice-governor did not specify.
Potekhina noted that they do not plan to close kindergartens in St. Petersburg. Now coronavirus has been registered in eight institutions, while mainly adults are sick.
