
The Petrograd District Court appointed 500 thousand rubles of compensation for non -pecuniary damage to the former policeman Anton Boev, who was justified in the case of extortion of a bribe from the detainee. This was reported by the United press service of the vessels of St. Petersburg.
After the detention, Boev was removed from his post and soon fired. According to the press service, in the statement of claim he wrote that “friends and relatives stopped communicating with him [after the initiation of the case]”, and he himself suffered under house arrest, since “his family, wife and three children could not invite friends to the house”, and children “engage in tutors”.
The fighting asked to pay him 3 million rubles. The court recovered 500 thousand in his favor.
Anton Boeva, who worked as the senior authorized department for combating drug trafficking, together with his subordinate Vladimir Gruzdev and former employee of the Federal Drug Control Service Nikolaev Lavrov in October 2017. They were accused of that in August of that year, they, threatening a man about drug trafficking, demanded from him to call relatives so that they collect 300 thousand rubles for his release. They transferred 60 thousand.
In December 2017, Boev was transferred under house arrest, and in December 2018 they justified with Lavrov. Gruzdev was found guilty of abuse of authority and set a conditional term.
