Even the night before, the Minister of Internal Affairs Yuri Karaev told state television on the air of state television that the protesters intended to use combat slingshots against the security forces to “cut down lonely policemen” and take their weapons, radio and uniforms, and today he himself fell a victim of someone’s very combat slingshot, passed their uniforms and weapons and replenished the endless rows of decisive officials. Together with Karayev, his deputy Yuri Barsukov and Secretary of State of the Council of People's Commissars Valery Vakulchik surrendered all the Karaev.

Now all of them are Lukashenko’s assistants by regions. Vakulchik - assistant in the Brest region, Barsukov - in Grodno, Karaev - in Minsk. The authority of such assistants is zero. Their task is to be a spy and once a quarter to report on what is happening in the region. They do not participate in decision -making and unless they can "make personnel proposals."

Of course, Alexander Lukashenko said that new purposes are related to protests, and he sends all three to the regions, because they are “military, informed people”. But this sweet water about awareness is hardly drawn even to syrup. Because the kindergarten is also clear: if Karaev is the Minister of the Interior, then he commands all the police forces and may order to open fire or send internal troops to destroy people in any Belarusian region.

Now he can be ordered only to his own left leg. Well, right, too.

But on the eve of Karaev, not only about combat slingshots and saboteur, who specially settled down on MAZ, to pull bolts and nuts for those slingshots on the machine, told. He also said that there was a war in the country, and the police will use military weapons, not just rubber bullets. And that he personally called on each policeman not to wait until they began to kill him, but quickly and decisively grab the weapon and shoot first. Publicly approved all the massacre that riot police arranged. It did not help.

Valery Vakulchik, whom Lukashenko sent to Brest, was generally Vanka-Vstanka of the Belarusian power for many years. He passed from the department to the department and in twelve years managed to vyuke four power structures. In 2008, he was appointed head of the operational-analytical center at Lukashenko. It seems to be not a ministry, but a completely independent structure that is engaged in blocking sites and all wiretaps and extensions, and in general has huge powers.

In 2011, Vakulchik became the head of the IC just created. In 2012-the chairman of the KGB. In this September, however, his positions were slightly shaken: Lukashenko took him off the post for the scandal with PMC fighters, unsuccessfully landing in the Belarusian sanatorium, but appointed Secretary of State Secretary of Security. And now he is no longer a security forces. He will leave for his homeland, to Brestchin, to follow the governor until the very pension.

Alexander Barsukov, deputy Karaev, sent to Grodno, is a figure well known to Minskers. He personally commanded the dispersal of many protests, including the Presidential Elections in December 2010. Since 2012 - an all -around to the European Union.

Now, it seems, in Minsk it will be allowed only to a report once a quarter. Unless, of course, this power will hold out the quarter.

The motives of Alexander Lukashenko are clear. He gave the security forces the right to create everything they want, including killing with impunity - the main thing is that the protests stopped. But two months have passed, and the protests have not been subside. Even the opposite. There are more and more people on Sunday marches.

It seemed that in the end it was possible to get lost in the end - people work for a week, and on Sundays they roam peacefully through the streets, but then the strikes began. Let focal, albeit small, but already throughout the country. And then students with teachers unite and go instead of lectures together to streets with white-red-white flags. Opera singers instead of the “royal bride” on the stage “Magumny God” sing. They are fired, expelled, threatened, planted, but for some reason they are not afraid. And there is not the slightest sign that all this can subside.

So why are security officials who are not able to suppress protest? Previously, they succeeded, but now, it seems, they have lost their skills. It's time to rest.

All these non -meaningful positions of assistants, inspectors, advisers are an intermediate link between the government and the prison. Soon everyone will let everyone in the second circle. Unless, of course, he has time, what Belarusians are extremely doubted.
