A quarter of Russian regions are experiencing problems with medical oxygen, said Denis Manturov, head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade. His words are quoted in a press release from the ministry's press service, which was received by Meduza.
“We conducted a survey of all 85 subjects of the Russian Federation. As a result, a complicated situation with medical oxygen was revealed in 22 regions,” the minister said.
According to Manturov, the ministry is holding "a number of meetings with all Russian manufacturers and suppliers of medical gases" in this regard.
