The witnesses in the case of Ivan Golunov were fake. Now Golunov tells how this system is arranged, which allows you to send any person to prison

In Moscow on October 28, the trial of the police began , who are accused of illegally detaining the Medusa specialist Ivan Golunov and falsifying evidence against him. These are five former employees of the Internal Affairs Directorate in the Western Administrative District: it was they who detained Golunov on June 6, 2019; At the same time, drugs were thrown by the reporter. Its innocence managed to prove it a few days later - thanks to a large -scale campaign of professional and civilian solidarity. After the incident for many months, Golunov, usually engaged in economic investigations, studied hundreds of sentences in drugs related to drugs. In this material, the Medusa Special Corps tells how the employees of the Department of Internal Affairs in Moscow CJSC systematically force people with drug addiction to work for the investigation.

On June 6, 2019 I was detained by police on suspicion of drug sale. On June 11, I was released - in connection with the "lack of involvement" in the crime.

During the inspection of my things, as well as during a search in my apartment, where drugs were supposedly stored, two witnesses were present - Dmitry Bokarev and Sergey Kuznetsov.

Years - in investigative documents they are often called “public representatives” - these are people who control the actions of police officers. They must testify that what is happening is correctly reflected in the protocol. Say, if the police beat the detainee, the information about this should appear in the protocol, or the witness may leave the corresponding entry in his comments.

In many cases related to drugs, operational employees and witnesses are interrogated in the courts - and the judges take as the basis their version. If in cases of violations of the rules of the road, judges often use the wording “there are no grounds not to trust the words of the police”, when considering criminal cases, they are based on additional witnesses. Often such witnesses in court are just witnesses.

I saw the understood Sergei Kuznetsov a few minutes after I was detained on Tsvetnoy Boulevard on June 6, 2019. As Kuznetsov explained at the initial interrogation, at the scene of the detention he was accidentally: “On his weekend” he came from Lublino to the Tsvetnoy Boulevard area to take a walk in the center of Moscow. Despite the remark about the day off, Kuznetsov claimed that he was unemployed; Later it turned out that he works as a locksmith in the organization Mosvodostok, which is engaged in servicing a storm sewer system on the streets of the capital.

The blacksmiths looked strange for a person who went out for a walk: he was wearing a medical mask stretched almost to his eyes - six months before the start of the epidemic. When we were waiting for Igor Lyakhovets, the head of one of the drug control departments in this police department, and greeted Kuznetsov went into the office in the Western Administrative District of Moscow, and said to Kuznetsov. “Hello, Seryoga! Are you sick? " - asked Lyakhovets, apparently referring to the mask. I asked Lyakhovsets whether he was familiar with Kuznetsov; The policeman was embarrassed and said that he simply asked his well -being, and saw the name of the witness in the documents.

But in fact, employees of the drug control of the Internal Affairs Directorate in the CJSC knew Kuznetsov perfectly. Sergey Kuznetsov arrived in the area of ​​Tsvetnoy Boulevard that day for about noon, and spent several hours in a police car. And on June 5, the day before my detention, Kuznetsov spent with police officers all day (until 10 pm) near my house in the Moscow district of Novogireevo. In addition, as follows from the materials of my case, even a day earlier, on June 4, Kuznetsov was understood during a test purchase of drugs, in which drug control officers from the ATC in CJSC participated. According to one of the former police police officers in the Western District of Maxim Umetbaev (as follows from the materials of my business), only on the detentions of the Kuznetsov was understood three to four times.

From the testimony of Kuznetsov himself it is known that for attracting him to his witness, he received from the police from one and a half to two thousand rubles (of course, this is illegal). He was attracted to the operations of the drug control of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Internal Affairs Directorate by one of the subordinates of the Lyakhovtsa, an employee of the heroin turnover department Yegor Pharmanin, who previously worked as a district police officer in the Maryino region, where Kuznetsov lives. At the same time, the elder brother of Kuznetsov Alexei was previously convicted of theft of the car; He received a suspended sentence and was supposed to be regularly celebrated by the district police officer. Sergei Kuznetsov confirmed the fact of acquaintance of his brother and pharmacy.

The second understood-a visiting from the Nizhny Novgorod region Dmitry Bokarev-works in Moscow by a fitness trainer. Soon after my arrest and release, on June 12, 2019, the Rain TV channel found out that Bokarev studied at the Nizhny Novgorod State University at the same time with another drug control officer in Akbar Sergaliev CJSC. In an interview with journalists, Bokarev called it “coincidence”. However, a few days later during interrogation, Bokarev admitted that he was familiar with Akbar Sergaliev in his student years - and even lived in the policeman’s apartment when he moved to Moscow.

As follows from the materials of my Chair, all day on June 4 (two days before my detention), Bokarev spent with police near my house in the Novogireevo area. Because of this, he had to cancel several training, so Bokarev demanded compensation-five thousand rubles, but Igor Lyakhovets handed him only two thousand rubles through Sergaliev. After my detention on June 6, Sergaliev asked Bokarev to come to the ATC in a CJSC. Near the Michurinsky Prospekt metro station, the coach was met by a Lyakhovets and a former operative of the Internal Affairs Directorate for the Western District Denis Konovalov - they took Bokarev to the building of the Internal Affairs Directorate. For participation in the inspection of my things as a realized, Bokarev received another one and a half thousand rubles from the police.

Thus, the “public representatives” who participated in my business were not only familiar with the police, but also received a monetary reward for this.

How I was looking for dummy witnesses

You can find out about the practice of employees of the drug control department of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Internal Affairs Directorate with the witnesses from the conversation of one of the employees of Ivan Beresten with my wife Igor Lyakhovtsa Marina. The law characterizes the understood as "the person not interested in the outcome of the criminal case, attracted to certify the fact of the production of the investigative action, as well as the content, course and results of the investigative action." But restrictions on attracting a person understood in the Code of Criminal Procedure (CPC) are formulated as follows: minors, criminal proceedings and their relatives, as well as police officers and investigators cannot be understood by witnesses.

This allows police officers to attract as witnesses not only their acquaintances and “freelance agents”, but also people detained for other offenses, who, instead of financial rewards, promise mitigation of punishment.

I decided to find out how often the employees of the drug control department of the Internal Affairs Directorate in the CJSC attracted as witnesses of their friends and other interested people.

To do this, I had to study 618 court decisions (discovered in the base of the Moscow City Court ) on criminal cases related to drug trafficking in the Western Administrative District in 2017-2019. The vast majority of these crimes were identified by employees of the patrol service and the Russian Guard. The Drug Control Department of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the CJSC itself initiated only 20.4% of criminal cases from the court base I found (that is, about 120). Most of them are associated with the so -called verification procurement, in which the purchasers and witnesses participated.

Verification purchase: Example

As a verification purchase is arranged, in an interview with journalist Yuri Dudy was told by a resident of the Moscow District of Solntsevo Ekaterina Gavrilova, detained by employees of the drug control of the Internal Affairs Directorate in CJSC on December 19, 2018.

“Addicts constantly substitute each other. I was framed by a familiar drug addict. I took myself a dose of heroin in the morning, he called me all evening, persuaded this dose to give him, because he could not find anywhere, his wife is bad. In the end, he persuaded me. I could not give him for free, because then in the morning I will be without money and without a dose - and it will be bad for me. We met him, I gave him this dose for a thousand rubles, for the same money, for which I bought it. And hello: I was accepted by the opera, ”said Gavrilova.

Gavrilov was arrested and placed in the Sailor's Sailor SIZO, despite the fact that she had AIDS and cancer in the fourth stage. After the intervention of human rights activists of Eva Merkacheva, Zoe of the Light and Head of the Hospice Help “Vera” Nyuta, Federmeser Gavrilov, was transferred from a pre -trial detention center to Hospice, where she died in the summer of 2019.

The acquaintance of Gavrilova, who acted as the purchaser, acted under the control of the operatives.

The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) repeatedly recognized verification procurement by provocations by police officers and recommended that they tighten the procedure for their implementation. In 2012, the ECHR demanded “adequate and sufficient” guarantees from the Russian authorities, excluding abuse during verification purchases of drugs. The court also insisted on conducting an investigation in a “passive way”: in other words, if a police agent was refused a request to sell him drugs, he should not insist or increase the price.

The witnesses were mentioned only in 55 of these 120 court decisions on the cases that employees of the drug control department of the Internal Affairs Directorate in the CJSC. Having studied them, I excluded the sentences with the abbreviations instead of the names and surnames of the witnesses, and the common names without initials and other additional data.

When, out of the remaining 35 court decisions, I wrote out all the information about the witnesses, it became obvious that many of them have long been “working” with the police. I found 11 people who repeatedly acted in witnessed in the affairs of the drug control of the Internal Affairs Directorate in the CJSC, or helped the police “expose criminals” during verification purchase. At the same time, the “representatives of the public” themselves were often convicted on narcotic articles, and some even served the deadline and now cooperate with the operatives who delayed them. Their brief stories and things where they participated, I described below.

To the questions of the Medusa about the practice of working with witnesses in the press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Moscow replied that they would be able to comment on it after “receiving answers from competent specialists”, advising to discuss these issues also with representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs recommended Medusa to send questions to the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Moscow.

They did not want to answer the questions of Medusa about working with their witnesses of their clients and lawyers of the former police control department of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Internal Affairs Directorate in CJSC Igor Lyakhovts, Akbara Sergaliev and Maxim Umetbaev. Now they, together with Roman Feofanov and Denis Konovalov, are accused of falsifying evidence, abuse of powers and drug trafficking in my case.

What I found. Several stories

History One: Ekaterina Khodyreva

In the spring of 2017, the PMC employees (drug trafficking control department) of the Internal Affairs Directorate for CJSC, under the verification procurement, detained the student Ekaterina Khodyrev, who sold the purchaser of hash. Nevertheless, the investigation charged her only under the article “Storage of drugs” (usually in such cases “sales” also appears), and the court examined her case in a special order and took into account that the defendant “actively helped the police in identifying the crime”. On April 26, 2017, Khodyreva received a suspended sentence.

Two months after the sentencing, Khodyrev was understood during the inspection of Archie Stoneam .

Employees of the Internal Affairs Directorate in CJSC (Ilya Vorontsov, Vyacheslav Karpunin and Roman Savelyev) were observed by the court of the residential building on Studentsky Street, where, according to their information, unknown persons often made bookmarks with drugs. They detained Stoneam after he left the bookmark (2.47 grams of MDMA) under the visor of the window in the basement there. During the detention, Stoneem threw a bundle with 4.86 grams of MDMA on the grass; Later, another 12.61 grams of MDMA was found in his car. Stonem partially pleaded guilty and received 12 years (in the court of appeal, the term was reduced to 10 years and one month).

Stoneam’s inspection, at which Khodyreva was understood, was carried out by police, who recently detained her herself. However, Khodyreva did not recognize acquaintances and in her testimony stated that she accidentally passed by when “young people who introduced themselves as police officers” turned to her. ”

After another six months, Khodyreva became a witness to the verification purchase. In this case (the investigation was engaged in employees of the Internal Affairs Directorate of CJSC Ivan Demin, Eduard detectives and Denis Davydov), the use of drugs Ilyichev sold 0.68 grams of amphetamine on the street to a dummy buyer. The understood Khodyreva formally complyed with the requirements for witnesses, but since she had a trial period, she was dependent on the police: their report could become the basis for revising the punishment from conditional conclusion to the real.

And Ilyicheva found guilty to the verification purchase completely and received five years.

History Second: Mikhail Rakhmankin

Often, employees of the drug control of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the CJSC attracted as witnesses repeatedly convicted for the sale of drugs.

A striking example is Mikhail Rakhmankin. On July 4, 2008, he was convicted of four years for the sale of potent substances on a large scale; June 25, 2010 he was released. A year later, on July 7, 2011, Rakhmankin was again convicted, already six and a half years old-for a sales of drugs in a significant amount. He was released on a parole on July 18, 2017.

Soon Rakhmankin himself became a purchaser in the case of Nikolai Pavlochev (he was led by employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the "Fili-Davydkovo" area). Rakhmankin, along with a friend, came to visit Pavlochev on April 26, 2018 to use amphetamine. A few hours later they went to the pharmacy for Tropicomide and the police detained them. Pavlochev told the police that he was using drugs, but does not sell them - but Rakhmankin took the money to buy Tropamikid. He received 12 and a half years in prison.

A month later, on May 23, 2018, Rakhmankin became understood during the verification purchase from Nikolai Grigoryev (employees of the Internal Affairs Directorate for CJSC Denis Konovalov, Maxim Umetbaev and Yegor Pharmanin engaged in business). Natalya Goloborodko, previously detained with amphetamine, decided to “expose the drug sales” then. As a result, Grigoryev was detained near his house, where, according to investigators, he sold a Goloborodko amphetamine in two bundles. MDMA and Hashish were also found in Grigoryev’s apartment, and two bookmarks were found on the phone, where hash was located.

Grigoryev refused to plead guilty to sales and claimed that the money allegedly transferred to him for drugs was thrown by the police. Received 11 years in prison (upon appeal, the term is reduced to six years and six months).

And already on November 6, 2018, the most understood and purchaser Mikhail Rakhmankin was detained by police officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Krylatskoye district. Rakhmankin was convicted of 11 years for the sale of drugs. Now the verdict has been canceled, the case has been returned to re -consideration.

History Third: Sergey Goncharov

The permanent “representative of the public”, which collaborates with the drug control of the Internal Affairs Directorate in CJSC, is a resident of the Novopedelkino district Sergey Goncharov. He was a buyer and a minimum of a minimum of seven times.

By March 2016, Goncharov was already judged twice: on October 10, 2012, he was conditionally convicted of drug storage, and on June 26, 2014-for theft (for a year and six months in prison; June 16, 2015 was released).

This did not prevent Sergei Goncharov from becoming a purchaser in Maria Romanova on March 5, 2016 (he was served by the ATS of the Internal Affairs Directorate of CJSC Ivan Berestyen, Semen Mamontov and Alexander Titov). Then Romanova brought Goncharova a bag of 0.48 grams of heroin, from which part of the drug poured itself. She partially pleaded guilty and received nine years in prison.

On March 17 of the same year, Goncharov was a purchaser in the Belov and Starchak case (he was engaged in unnamed employees of the ATC in CJSC). This case is still being considered in court.

However, on July 12, 2016, Goncharov himself was again judged-and sentenced to a year of imprisonment for theft. He freed himself in July 2017 and in the next nine months he managed to participate at least five drug control measures of the Internal Affairs Directorate in CJSC - three times as a buyer and twice as a witness.

On August 17, 2017, Goncharov was a buyer during a verification purchase in Sokolova, Popov and Shmotyev (he was engaged in unnamed employees of the ONC ATC in CJSC). Within a week, these people sold him heroin three times (weighing 0.71 grams, 1.22 grams and 1.04 grams); The case is still considered by the court.

On November 7 of the same year, Goncharov is again a buyer in the case of Timmerbaeva drugs (he was served by the PMC ATC in CJSC L., K., S. and B. ). She sold Goncharov 0.84 grams of heroin and received four years in prison, although her case was considered in a special order.

On December 4, 2017, Goncharov - understood by personal inspection in the case of D. L. Berdnikov (he was conducted by unnamed employees of the ONC Internal Affairs Directorate in CJSC ). Бердников был задержан на улице, при себе у него нашли 1,1 грамма амфетамина. Дело рассматривалось судом в особом порядке, приговор — три года лишения свободы.

13 февраля 2018 года Гончаров — покупатель в деле С. М. Панина, который продал ему марихуану (делом занимались сотрудники ОНК УВД по ЗАО Илья Воронцов и Эдуард Сыщиков). Дело рассматривается судом.

19 апреля 2018 года Гончаров — понятой в деле Т.А. Пустовалова (его вели сотрудники ОНК УВД по ЗАО Б., Л., В., С. и Д. ), которого задержали около собственного дома с 1,94 грамма гашиша в кармане. При обыске квартиры нашли еще 17,87 грамма гашиша. Дело рассматривалось в особом порядке, Пустовалов получил один год и 10 месяцев лишения свободы.

Летом 2018 года судья Солнцевского суда Москвы Анастасия Хохлова получила несколько дел по фактам сбыта наркотиков, в которых закупщиком и понятым опять выступал Гончаров. Хохлова вернула эти дела на доследование, указав , что «объективность и законность проведенных в отношении подсудимых оперативно-розыскных мероприятий вызывает сомнения».

Вскоре Гончаров опять оказался за решеткой. Что любопытно, преступление он совершил вместе с еще одним «штатным понятым» УВД по ЗАО — Алексеем Холомеевым.

История четвертая: Алексей Холомеев

В 2014 году Алексей Холомеев проходил свидетелем в делу о покупке наркотиков О.Н. Самошиной, с которой он вместе жил. Она получила реальный срок — шесть лет лишения свободы, а свидетель Холомеев 29 января 2015 года стал закупщиком в деле Андрея Акиньшина (им занимались неназванные сотрудники ОНК УВД по ЗАО). Употребляющий наркотики Акиньшин, находящийся под домашним арестом, продал в подъезде дома 1,34 грамма амфетамина Холомееву. Вину он не признал и получил 12 лет.

В июне 2018 года при рассмотрении кассационной жалобы Акиньшина выяснилось, что процедура проверочной закупки проводилась с нарушениями: заявление Холомеева о том, что Акиньшин якобы торгует наркотиками, не было зарегистрировано; а постановление о проведении проверочной закупки «содержало ложные сведения» (какие именно, неизвестно).

Не позднее февраля 2016 года Холомеев в качестве понятого участвовал в деле несовершеннолетнего Павла Остякова (делом занимались сотрудники ОНК УВД по ЗАО Иван Берестень, Семен Мамонтов и Александр Титов). «Находясь под воздействием наркотиков», Остяков продал 4,7 грамма марихуаны закупщику Леонову. Остяков полностью признал вину и получил два года условно.

28 апреля 2016 года уже самого Холомеева осудили за кражу и хранение наркотиков на два года и один месяц лишения свободы. 19 сентября 2017-го он освободился.

Спустя год «штатные понятые» УВД по ЗАО Гончаров и Холомеев, живущие в разных районах Москвы, внезапно совершили совместное преступление (это произошло в сентябре 2018 года, то есть уже после того, как к их участию в качестве понятых появились вопросы у суда). Гончаров и Холомеев попытались украсть из подъезда жилого дома два велосипеда и самокат, а полицейские каким-то образом задержали их прямо на выходе из подъезда. В суде Гончаров и Холомеев полностью признали свою вину и получили три и два года соответственно.

Дмитрий Чуприн

24 января 2018 года: Чуприн в деле Романа Фролина

В ходе проверочной закупки употребляющий наркотики Фролин продал 1,2 грамма амфетамина Чуприну. Фролин полностью признал вину и получил 11 лет. Чуприн в этом деле — закупщик.

Цитата из дела: «Ему [Чуприну] стало известно, что Фролин занимается распространением амфетамина, в связи с чем он обратился к сотрудникам полиции и добровольно написал заявление, где изобличил Фролина в распространении амфетамина».

27 февраля 2018 года: Чуприн в деле Максима Шонина

В ходе проверочной закупки употребляющий наркотики Шонин продал 0,52 грамма героина. Шонин утверждает, что наркотики не передавал и деньги не брал. Вину не признал, получил 10 лет лишения свободы. Чуприн — понятой в ходе проверочной закупки.

1 октября 2018 года Чуприн задержан сотрудниками ОНК УВД по ЗАО. Признал вину в особом порядке, осужден на три года.

Евгений Ворона

В 2017 году Евгения Ворону, находящегося в состоянии наркотического опьянения, остановили полицейские, когда он выходил из квартиры Романа Альшанца (впоследствии осужден за содержание притона).

27 февраля 2018 года: Ворона в деле Шонина

10 мая 2018 года: Крисько в деле Дмитрия Фефелова

В ходе проверочной закупки Крисько пришла домой к Фефелову — он играл в приставку. На вопрос «Есть че?» Фефелов указал на пачку сигарет, в которой находились 0,78 грамма амфетамина. Вскоре Крисько вышла из квартиры покурить, и в этот момент в квартиру ворвались полицейские. Они ударили Фефелова в лицо и повалили на диван. В кармане спортивных штанов у него нашли деньги. Фефелов признал, что «сбыл» Крисько И.Ю. «психотропное средство амфетамин», однако денег у нее за это не просил. Получил семь лет и шесть месяцев. Крисько в этом деле — закупщица.

Хачатрян — понятой в деле Николая Григорьева ( см. выше истории Михаила Рахманкина и Дмитрия Чуприна и Ирины Крисько ); он присутствовал при обнаружении наркотиков в лесополосе в Домодедовском районе.

Цитата из дела: «Находился на автозаправочной станции „Газпромнефть“, в Домодедовском районе Московской области. Там к нему подошел сотрудник полиции, попросил принять участие в качестве понятого при проведении осмотров мест происшествий, на что он согласился».

Акоп Хачатрян (сейчас он студент факультета финансового менеджмента Российской академии народного хозяйства и государственной службы) часто созванивался не только с оперативниками наркоконтроля УВД по ЗАО, а также с руководителями подразделения Андреем Щировым и Игорем Ляховцом, но и с другими понятыми.

10 июня 2019 года (через четыре дня после моего задержания) Хачатрян общался с понятым из моего дела Сергеем Кузнецовым. Вскоре после этого Кузнецов написал заявление в полицию о том, что ему якобы поступают угрозы. Так же поступил и второй понятой из моего дела Дмитрий Бокарев.

Надежда Кругова

22 января 2018 года: Кругова в деле Любови Ильичевой

Употребляющая наркотики Любовь Ильичева на улице продала 0,68 грамма амфетамина Андрианову, выступавшему покупателем при проверочной закупке. Полностью признала вину, получила пять лет. Кругова — понятой при проведении проверочной закупки.

Цитата из дела: «Участвовала в качестве понятой при проведении личного досмотра Ильичевой Л.А. <…> Какого-либо физического или морального воздействия на участников данного мероприятия со стороны сотрудников полиции оказано не было».

4 мая 2018 года: Кругова в деле Дениса Окунева

Денис Окунев задержан в кафе, когда он передал Круговой три с половиной грамма гашиша при проведении проверочной закупки. Вину признал, получил шесть лет. Кругова была в этом деле закупщицей.

Цитата из дела: «Обратилась к сотрудникам полиции с заявлением о желании оказать содействие в изобличении преступной деятельности гражданина по имени Денис, который, как ей достоверно известно, занимается сбытом наркотического средства гашиш, с которым она договорилась о покупки у него наркотического средства».

10 мая 2018 года: Кругова в деле Фефелова

Кругова была понятой при проведении проверочной закупки в деле Фефелова ( см. выше историю Ирины Крисько и Акопа Хачатряна ).

Цитата из дела: «На улице подошел сотрудник полиции, который представился и предложил принять участие в качестве понятых при проведении оперативно-розыскного мероприятия „проверочная закупка“, на что она согласилась и проследовала в здание УВД по ЗАО ГУ МВД».

Екатерина Новохатняя

Екатерина Новохатняя до 2018 года быладважды судима: за хранение наркотиков — условно на 11 месяцев, за сбыт наркотиков — на три года и три месяца лишения свободы. Освобождена условно-досрочно.

А осенью 2018-го Новохатняя задержана за попытку продажи украденного велосипеда. 17 декабря 2018-го осуждена на два года условно.

17 октября 2018 года: Новохатняя в деле Константина Масленцева

В ходе проверочной закупки Константин Масленцев продал Кристине Барановой 4,8 грамма гашиша. Однако сотрудники полиции задержали его только спустя восемь дней. В квартире Масленцева нашли 28,6 грамма гашиша. Частично признал вину, получил 11 лет (в апелляционной инстанции срок заключения снижен до восьми лет и шести месяцев). Новохатняя — понятая при проведении проверочной закупки.

Цитата из дела: «Свидетель Новохатняя Е.В. пояснила, что сначала был проведен личный досмотр Барановой К.Р., а впоследствии ей сотрудником полиции были выданы денежные средства. Физического и психологического воздействия со стороны сотрудников полиции не оказывалось».

14 ноября 2018 года: Новохатняя в деле Алексея Бардюкова и Ивана Лазутина

В квартире употребляющего наркотики Бардюкова нашли 155,1 грамма гашиша и электронные весы. В квартире употребляющего наркотики Лазутина — 0,3 грамма гашиша и 83 пустых пакетика, в которых обычно продают наркотики. Оба отрицали вину в сбыте, наркотики хранили для себя. Каждый получил по девять лет лишения свободы. Новохатняя была понятой про обыске квартиры Бардюкова.

Цитата из дела: «К ней обратились сотрудники полиции и попросили поучаствовать в качестве понятого на проведении ОРМ [оперативно-розыскного мероприятия], на что она добровольно согласилась».

12 февраля 2019 года: Новохатняя в деле Владимира Гаврилова

В ходе обыска в квартире употребляющего наркотики Гаврилова нашли 2,9 грамма производного N-метилэфедрона. За день до проведения обыска полицейские задержали троих людей, находящихся в состоянии наркотического опьянения, которые утверждали, что употребляли наркотики в квартире Гаврилова. Дело рассматривалось в особом порядке, Гаврилов получил четыре года и шесть месяцев. Новохатняя — одна из посетителей наркопритона.

Цитата из дела: «[Гаврилов] предоставил свою квартиру для потребления наркотических средств Новохатней Е.В., у которой последующим медицинским освидетельствованием был установлен факт употребления наркотических средств».

Кристина Баранова

11 октября 2018 года в ходе обыска квартиры Кристины Барановой сотрудники ОНК УВД по ЗАО обнаружили 26,6 грамма гашиша и 0,16 грамма N-метилэфедрона.

17 октября 2018 года: Баранова в деле Константина Масленцева

Баранова — закупщица в деле Масленцева ( см. выше историю Екатерины Новохатней ).

Цитата из дела: «Продать наркотическое средство Барановой К.Р. Масленцев К.В. отказался, высказав опасение по поводу слухов о ее задержании сотрудниками полиции».

14 ноября 2018 года: Баранова в деле Алексея Бардюкова и Ивана Лазутина

17 декабря 2018 года Кунцевский суд признал употребляющую наркотики Баранову виновной в хранении наркотиков, назначив условный срок — три года.
