The Tverskoy District Court of Moscow arrested until December 31 32-year-old Aslan Baysungurov, accused of attacking two policemen in Petrovsky Proezd. The Moscow agency was told about this by the press service of the court.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs reported that on the afternoon of October 31, Baysungurov approached the police and hit one of them in the face. After a medical examination, the policeman returned to duty on the same day.
The police officers belonged to the second operational regiment and were patrolling the territory near the Moscow headquarters of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, clarified Baza . According to the publication, when he was detained, Baysungurov explained the attack by saying that he was “ordered by voices” to do so.
Baysungurov was accused of using violence against a government official (Part 1 of Article 318 of the Criminal Code). In 2014, a man was already sentenced to a year in prison under this article after he hit a policeman in the face who detained him while trying to escape after “committing petty hooliganism.”
