A defender of Berezovaya Alley was detained in the Levoberezhny district of Moscow

Volkov is in the Levoberezhny police department. He was detained next to the fence that builders are building around Berezovaya Alley. According to the activist, he did not take any actions that could be regarded as illegal. However, Volkov was detained under the pretext of damaging the fence. According to preliminary information, a protocol will be drawn up against him under the article on petty hooliganism (Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).

16:05 Volkov was fined 500 rubles under the article on petty hooliganism - allegedly he was drunk, cursed and broke the fence. In the protocol, the Akivist indicated that he did not agree with the accusations of the police.
