Davletberdinov was found guilty of violating the rules of participation in a public event (Part 5 of Article 20.2 of the Administrative Code) following a rally against the development of the Kushtau Shikhan, which took place on August 19.

According to the publication, Davletberdinov admitted guilt during the trial and said that he “organized the rally through social networks” together with his wife.
