The co -chair of the Courier trade union said that after the detention he was beaten by unknown people in civilian clothes

The co-chair of the Courier trade union Said Shamkhalov in the video on the YouTube channel of the trade union reported that after the detention he was beaten by unknown people. He was detained on October 30 after the Delivery Club couriers near Mail.ru Group in Moscow and negotiations with the company's administration.

After leaving the office, the police took Shamkhalov to Avtosak, supposedly for a preventive conversation and verification of documents. 4-5 people in civilian clothes and medical masks ran there. According to the detainee, they struck him on the head, ribs and kidneys.

Unknown people forced Shamkhalov to abandon the trade union children, threatened him and his family, asked about Udaltsov - probably about Sergey Udaltsov, one of the leaders of the left movement, and about the co -chair of the trade union Kirill Ukrainians. Also, according to Shamkhalov, people in the civilian recommended that he be held in stocks not in the Northern District, but in the center of Moscow.

Lawyer Sergei Telnov, who, from the OVD-info, went to the aid of the detainee to the police department in the Khoroshevsky district, confirmed the project that Shamkhalov on October 30 immediately after the release reported on the mockery and pressure from people in civilian clothes.

Shamkhalov said that he recorded beatings in the emergency room and, together with the trade union lawyer Anton Kumaltynov, intends to seek a criminal case.

Due to participation in the action on October 30, Said Shamkhalov drew up a protocol under articles on the organization of an inconsistent action (part 2 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) and a violation of the procedure for holding this campaign (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).

• In July, couriers of the Delivery Club food delivery service also announced a strike due to disproportionate fines that cannot be challenged and non-payment of salaries: some have not received any payments since May. On July 9, they held an action in Moscow near the office of Mail.ru. The police detained the participants in single pickets who entered the action in support of the couriers.
