In Chelyabinsk, the coordinator of the Youth Movement department was appointed 20 hours of compulsory work due to the action in memory of the deceased journalist Irina Slavina. He himself informed the OVD-Info about this.

The activist was brought to justice under an article on violation of the procedure for holding a public event (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). The meeting was held on the video. They tried to take the floor from the coordinator that he would no longer participate in public actions, to which he refused.

The appointment of compulsory work, the commission for minor affairs argued the lack of permanent earnings from the activist and unwillingness to shift responsibility for participating in the action to his family.

On October 3, the spring coordinator participated in a picket in memory of the Nizhny Novgorod journalist Irina Slavina, who committed self -immolation. During the picket, a jacket was burning for some time on it. On October 8, a protocol was drawn up for an activist. The activist "Spring" was also detained for participating in the action.
