The St. Petersburg human rights activist was once again fined for a meeting on the court on the day of the “network”

The judge of the Oktyabrsky District Court of St. Petersburg, Julia Maksimenko, appointed human rights activist Yana Teplitskaya a fine of ten thousand rubles because of a meeting by the court of the court on June 22-on the day of the sentence to the defendants of the case of the “network” Viktor Filinkov and Julia Boyarshinov. Teplitskaya reported this by the OVD-info.

The judge found Yana Teplitskaya guilty under the article on violation of the rules of participation in public actions (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). Earlier, the City Court of St. Petersburg canceled a fine of seven thousand rubles, which the October Court appointed Teplitskaya in July on the same occasion, and sent the case for a review.
