The faction saw a different way out of the impasse: create conditions when KSU can make decisions only with consensus - raise quorum from 12 to 17 people, and has already registered the corresponding bill.

The judge scares separatism

Alexander Tupitsky, chairman of the Constitutional Court, is now communicating with the press daily. He says that he is afraid for personal safety: activists of Avtomaydana and the Center for Combating Corruption announced that on November 7, they would arrange a rally in the suburban residence of the head of the KSU under the slogan “Tupitsky, Vali in Rostov!”. Already more than 800 people signed up for “guests”, and the property does not belong to the judge, but the judge!

Tupitsky announced to reporters: for his discredit, cases related to the annexation of Crimea were raised. He called his “pop -up” mansion in 2018 according to Russian laws, he called only the reason for the attention of accounts. EU Ambassador to Ukraine Matty Maasikas (his words are given by the Internet publication “European Truth”) acts “for a reasonable way out” from this situation, although the sympathy of the ambassador is more likely on the side of Zelensky. “We took into account how urgently the president and other authorities began to solve this problem. We also heard the call of the President of Zelensky to conduct a general judicial reform in Ukraine. The EU is ready to cooperate and provide his support in this, ”the ambassador said.

Collective mind at a crossroads

Rada predictably emphasized that Ukraine is a parliamentary and presidential republic, but in no way. After internal discussion, the profile anti -corruption committee supported the bill of the speaker Dmitry Razumkov: to resume in its original form an electronic declaration and criminal responsibility for illegal enrichment. Two months later, when the passions subsided a little, the document was proposed to finalize, which could mean: either return to the “frozen” topic of responsibility to the KSU, or forget about it. The Committee introduced the speaker bill as a compromise, and the presidential one did not consider at all.

Observers note: reasoning increases political weight, emphasizes their own independence and willingness to be responsible for the decisions made. Well -educated, career, young, restrained in manifestations of emotions, it looks like a Western bureaucrat - this image was not too popular among voters. But everything changes. And the speaker, which falls many times less than critical arrows than in the president, allows himself to ignore “Cito!” Zelensky.

In the "servant of the people" there is also no former unity of opinions, not everyone is ready to support the radical position of the head of state. Nevertheless, the nucleus of the faction was initiated by the statement: the judges of the Constitutional Court, who approved the “corruption revenge”, must resign the authority of their own free will or resign. The signature sheets have opened the statements for all deputies. According to the Ukrainian media, individual representatives of “European solidarity”, “Voices” and the “Trust” group responded to the call. But neither the current head of the KSU Tupitsky, nor his colleagues, as the Interfax-Ukraine agency reports, still does not see the grounds for resigning.
