Employees of the private security of the Russian Guard of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region - senior policeman Alexander Boykov (31 years old) and driver Nikita Lavrentiev (28 years old) - were fired from the bodies "for negative reasons" immediately after the arrest, in September 2019. Lavrentiev served in the Russian Guard since 2016, and Boykov got there in April 2019.
In the spring of last year, according to the case file, they turned their first joint “special operation”. On April 27, on Novocherkassky Avenue, Boykov and Lavrentiev, as it seemed to them, was detained, a drunken Petersburger, who had a bribe in order not to carry him to the examination to determine the state of intoxication. Initially, as the investigation believes, the Rosgvardists extorted 30 thousand rubles from a man, but during the negotiations the parties came together with five thousand. Then, through the online bank, from the phone of the victim Boykov transferred the money to his account.
In May of that year, in the territory of the Ruchey enterprise in the Krasnogvardeisky district of St. Petersburg, partners stumbled upon three migrant workers, in whose documents they found violations. Threatening illegal deportation from Russia, Boykov and Lavrentiev, according to investigators, demanded 20 thousand rubles from the detainees. Migrants had neither cash nor non -cash funds, and they turned to their foreman for help. In the end, the Rosgvardists had to pay.
In June, these same employees of non -departmental security on Granite Street detained a girl who, as the investigation claims, threatened to throw them first, and then demolish drugs if she does not pay them 100 thousand rubles.
Without doubting the abilities of the Rosgvardamyers to cause serious troubles, the Petersburger transferred to the accounts of Boykov and Lavrentiev all the cash - 48 thousand rubles.
A couple of days later, the patrolmen stopped on Yekaterininsky Prospekt and inspected a Petersburger’s car, in the cabin of which were supposedly found bags with a forbidden substance. For lack of the department and non -consulting non -consulting, the attackers requested 50 thousand rubles from the owner of the car. The poor fellow also gave them everything that he had - 10 thousand.
In their next duty, Boykov and Lavrentiev stopped a passerby on Shafirovsky Prospekt. According to investigators, the man threatened the man with the same criminal prospect as in all previous cases. 300 thousand rubles were extorted from him. He laid out 40 thousand and after the promise to convey the rest was released.
The fateful for the Rosgvardeans was the meeting on July 16, 2019 on Novocherkassk Prospekt with a 16-year-old schoolboy. As follows from the indictment, Boykov and Lavrentiev first detained the teenager, without legal grounds: they handcuffed the guy and put them in the office of an official car. There, accomplices illegally watched the minor and allegedly found drugs from him. The young man was demonstrated by two bags with an unidentified substance, explained that this was a narcotic drug, and scared the prison for storing “dope”.
Then, for several hours, the schoolboy was carried in a service car in the Krasnogvardeisky district. The teenager was tapped in the car, beat, put in his hands bags of drugs and demanded 300 thousand rubles for immediate release. Unable to withstand this pressure, the guy ultimately withdrew in ATMs from his own banking card and from his mother’s card 140 thousand rubles and handed them over to the extortionists. But at the same time, he managed to call number 112 and report what happened.

The offenders also released the schoolboy, making a promise from him about the surcharge of the balance. But when Boykov and Lavrentiev came for money to the agreed hiding place, they fell into the hands of economic police operatives and were detained with red -handed. The criminal case on the extortion of a particularly large bribe by employees during execution the Investigative Committee opened the next morning. The remaining episodes were revealed during the investigation. When detained by Boykov, drugs were seized. He was additionally charged with their illegal storage.
- Boykov and Lavrentiev are accused of receiving bribes (Article 290 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) and abuse of authority (Article 286 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). In addition to the fact that they demanded money for people to not take criminal liability for those allegedly stored among those drugs, the Rosgvardists still made fictitious reports on administrative offenses and fined the detainees on them. All cases were combined into one production, ”said Dmitry Gerasimov, who was working with the human rights organization“ Zone of Law ”,“ new ”lawyer of the injured teenager. - During the preliminary investigation, the employees of the Russian Guard did not plead guilty.
At the first meeting, the court interrogated the victim of a schoolboy and another victim. They fully confirmed their testimonies given during the preliminary investigation. At the next meeting, on November 19, it is planned to listen to other victims, as well as the operatives of the OBEP, who detained Boykov and Lavrentiev.
