Searches came to the Moscow office of FBK and the Navalny LIVE studio

Security forces came to search the Moscow office of the FBK (Foundation for the Fight against Corruption). FBK director Ivan Zhdanov wrote about this on his Twitter.

According to preliminary information, bailiffs are seeking 29 million rubles in connection with enforcement proceedings in connection with the claim of the Moscow Schoolchildren company against FBK. As Open Media writes , the searches are being conducted by employees of the Federal Bailiff Service. The Foundation's Twitter reported that the surveillance cameras in the office were taped over, and riot police were seen at the doors.

Lyubov Sobol also reported on her Twitter about the search in the Navalny LIVE studio. People in uniform do not allow her into the room. Sobol broadcasts online from the studio.

The founder of the Anti-Corruption Foundation, Alexei Navalny, in a post on Twitter called the searches “the only legal consequence of my poisoning.”

16:05 The searches are related to a new criminal case against Ivan Zhdanov. He was charged under the article on non-execution of a court decision (Article 315 of the Criminal Code). TASS reports this.

16:24 Zhdanov’s lawyer Vladimir Voronin told Open Media that the bailiffs did not notify Zhdanov that they could open a criminal case against him.

“No, we don’t know anything about this [case]. And they didn’t warn Ivan about the responsibility, although they should have. I’m not sure that this [the FSSP statement about the criminal case] is true information,” Voronin told Open Media.
