
In St. Petersburg in the afternoon of November 5, a dam will be partially closed due to the danger of floods. This was reported by Fontanka with reference to the press service of the KZS.
The shutters of the complex of protective structures will partially reduce to 14: 00–15: 00. Earlier, the Ministry of Emergencies warned of a stormy wind - its impulses could reach 23 m/s.
